Ben Doak, a Liverpool winger, has been signed for an initial sum of £20 million and additional sums of £5 million.
The 19-year-old is Bournemouth’s fourth summer signing under the terms of his five-year contract.
Doak was absent from Liverpool’s 4-2 victory over Bournemouth at Anfield on Friday night.
Doak said, “I’m buzzing to be here.”
“I think this is the right time for me,” he said, “and it’s a great opportunity to play regular football at the highest level.” It fits perfectly, in my opinion.

Doak has six caps for Scotland and seven assists in 24 games for Middlesbrough while playing on loan last season at Middlesbrough.

Since playing for Liverpool only 10 times since joining from Celtic in 2022, Doak’s move will increase his chances of playing first-team football.

Molly-Mae Hague has slammed ‘gentle parenting’ after revealing her two-year-old daughter Bambi has been biting other children at nursery.
The influencer and former Love Island star opened up on her latest parenting struggles in a vlog on her YouTube channel, and said that Bambi – who she shares with partner Tommy Fury – had also been bitten herself.
The 26-year-old described it as a “biting pandemic” and claimed to have even called on ChatGPT for assistance after the nursery didn’t discipline Bambi over the incident and was now debating whether to take her for ice cream because she didn’t want to “reward bad behavior.”
In a sincere conversation with fans, Molly-Mae claimed it was the “complete opposite of what I want my child to be” and that she wasn’t sure whether the nursery’s approach to handling it was the best one.
She told her two million subscribers, “She’s]Bambi bit another child at nursery today,” and she should explain more in detail what happened. I am aware that’s disappointing and open to it. Many parents are unlikely to want their child to acknowledge that they did that.
