Lisowski is chasing a win in the first ranking contest.

In the Waterfront Hall final match, Jack Lisowski scored three centuries to put him in the running for the win.

With a 125 clearance and break of 124, Lisowski added the next two frames.

Before the break, he moved 4-0 in front, but his Chinese foe reclaimed the 34-year-old’s four-frame advantage before posting a comfortable win in the seventh frame.

The 29-year-old world player, who has lost six of his final six games, is aiming for success in the first ranking event.

For the first time since March 2021, he lost to Donald Trump in the Gibraltar Open final. He will participate in a ranking event decider.

A three-day summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) will take place in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday through Tuesday, along with numerous other meetings taking place on the sidelines.

The ASEAN will hold its 47th summit on September.

Who is attending the summit and what is ASEAN?

Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore are the 10 members of ASEAN. ASEAN’s lack of an enforcement mechanism has occasionally drawn criticism from some members for its inability to impose its decisions. This sets it apart from other regional blocs like the European Union, whose members are required to uphold EU rules and regulations.

It is a criticism that has recently been voiced regarding issues like the Cambodian-Thai border conflict and Myanmar.

Foster claimed that this feature is a unique representation of ASEAN history. Following a significant decolonization wave in the world, the organization was established in 1967. According to him, its structure reflects the customs of the time.
