Jamie Jewitt, a model and actor on Love Island, was depressed for five years and had a number of health issues before he vowed to share his secrets after changing his body and mind.

Jamie Jewitt has been applauded by fans after showing the results of his full body transformation. The model and influencer found widespread fame after appearing on Love Island back in 2017 where he met and fell for fellow contestant Camilla Thurlow.

The couple married in 2021, and they are proud to have daughters named Nell, 4, Nora, 2, and Brodie, their 11-month-old. However, Jamie, 35, has opened up about a variety of health issues, despite the fact that life may seem ideal to outsiders.

Reflecting on the condition of his body and mind from five years ago, the reality star explained that he battled depression and aching joints before he decided to turn his life around. And in an Instagram posted on Monday, the dad-of-three shared a video montage that showed how much he had changed over the past few years.

Facing the camera with a shaved head and an untoned body, Jamie noted: “Me in December in 2020; Gut issues, arthritis pain, low testosterone, depressed, unfit, unwell. Laughing at myself helped me cope. But what do I look like now? 5 years later, 5 years older?”

The star then posed topless while wearing jeans, displaying a skin toned body and a healthier-looking skin. The actress stated in a lengthy caption that “gut issues, aches and pains, joint problems, these things are NOT just a part of ageing.”

Making excuses for myself, I fell for the same bulls***. I was having a bad day and getting worse. physically and mentally. I no longer feel better than ever, have joint pain, have digestive issues, and have depression. Once more agile, sharp, and clear. When someone over the age of 30 reaches that conclusion, they are too likely to believe the same lie.

Jamie has been sharing his advice and experience through his Revive &amp, Thrive podcast since reversing his unhealthy lifestyle to a more focused version of himself. He continued, “To create a project that can genuinely help people, offering education, motivation, nutrition, and supplementation,” referring to the project as his “passion.” Cut through the lies to cut through the blatant lies. Take others on the same journey I did… The podcast’s first episode was only the start.

After a year and a half of construction, this project is flying this year, Jamie continued. If you want to reach a point in your life where you know too much to let yourself go, follow @reviveandthrivemethod.

He vowed to share the tools he used to assist others, citing the pillars of his project as improving “education, motivation, nutrition, and supplementation.” Fans overwhelmingly backed his post, with numerous people clapping emojis and responding in his comments section.

And thousands more “liked” the post, including their 36-year-old wife Camilla. Nathan Massey, a former Love Island winner, added the words “He’s back” in the comments along with a muscle-arm and a blue heart emoji. Another follower said, “Well done, mate, you should be proud of yourself.”

Another fan wrote, “Well done, that’s amazing transformation.” Another person expressed their relief, “It’s hard… incredible turnaround, absolutely well done, you look amazing.” Another claimed that he sported “20 years younger.”

Jamie has previously explained that preparing for a celebrity boxing match put him on the path of better living. While preparing to take on former Towie star Dan Osborne in the ring, he realised his body was calling out for better care.

He claimed to have spent the majority of his life boxing and has loved it. I was overweight, overweight, drank alcohol through camp, and was a complete moron throughout the entire experience. I had a difficult time losing my first boxing match, but now I’m glad I did because I deserved what I did.

And he’s already mentioned how, as a parent, he struggled to balance his wife and kids with his own health and fitness needs. He asserted, “Honestly, my life most changed when I became a parent because I stopped putting my health and self first.” Being a parent for the first time, I’ve always been an exerciser, so I must admit that it was diet that I began to struggle with because I’ve always preferred quick and easy foods.

Strictly Come Dancing fans spot ‘feud’ between Nancy Xu and Carlos Gu in heated moment

https://i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk/incoming/article36443980.ece/ALTERNATES/s615/0_Strictly-Come-Dancing-Logo.jpg

A very heated exchange between professional actors Carlos Gu and Nancy Xu is reported to have occurred last year.

Fans of Strictly Come Dancing witnessed a heated exchange between two stars moments before Carlos Gu and Karen Carney were announced as the show’s winners this year. According to reports, Nancy, 34, and Carlos, 32, have been fighting since last year amid allegations that the two have gotten into a fight.

However, one thing did happen over the weekend that appeared to support the speculation. There appeared to be tension in the studio as Karen and Carlos spoke with Claudia Winkleman. Carlos and Karen were both extremely emotional before being defeated in the Glitterball Trophy.

Carlos explained to Claudia that throughout their time on the show, Karen had channeled their inner “team player.” He stated, “I arrived at Strictly after competing live.

I was self-centered; I was me, me, me. I’m not grateful, so it’s no wonder I didn’t find a partner last year. Nancy, who had not a famous partner this year, looked unimpressed as she wrapped her arm around Johannes Radebe.

Fans immediately took to social media to express their opinions as the event unfolded, with one saying, “Possitive Nancy trying to hide her dislike for Carlos? “A second penned: “If you don’t like him, stay away from the camera and express your feelings.”

A third person responded, “Nancy is so unmoved by Carlos’s tears.” No wonder I didn’t find a partner last year, wrote a fourth typed. A sharp rant at Neil, Luba, and Nancy. In order to put that in perspective, Nancy and Carlos were close friends until, I believe, there was a significant fallout last year.

However, after Karen and Carlos were announced as the winners, Nancy appeared to offer an olive branch. Sharing a snap of this year’s stars on Instagram, she said: “Congratulations for all the final couples! And Well‑deserved Winner @kazcarney and Carlos. Thank you for all the tears and laughing Strictly 2025.”

But she failed to tag Carlos in the post, which didn’t go unnoticed. One follower said in the comments: “Brilliant series! Shame there seems to be a bad atmosphere between you and Carlos. I guess, in my ideal world, I want you all to be BFFs.” “Now Nancy is not tagging Carlos in her post for Karen. They clearly had a big fallout,” commented another.

Another third person claimed that Gutted Nancy and Carlos are no longer friends. I’m hoping that the final helped them resolve their issues. “Carlos and Nancy first met as children and instantly developed a close friendship. He once claimed that she was his “favorite sister,” while Nancy later called Carlos his “baby brother.”

However, last year the pair unfollowed one another on social media. It was also reported that they would avoid speaking to one another backstage on the BBC One dancing competition. Meanwhile, Nancy was said to be extremely disappointed this year after not getting matched with a celebrity.

It was claimed she was “absolutely incensed” having performed well during the Christmas special, which aired almost a year ago to the day.

The Mirror has approached Nancy’s spokesperson for comment.

‘I visited Rob Reiner’s home before murders – his wife’s last act haunts me’

A photographer who had a haunting last encounter with Rob and Michele Reiner’s mansion just before it turned into a house of horrors recalls his haunting visit.

Just weeks before they were discovered dead in their Los Angeles home, a photographer has revealed his heartbreaking most heartfelt exchange with Rob and Michele Reiner. Rob, 78, a well-known photographer and actor, and his wife Michele, 70, suffered multiple knife wounds last Sunday, with their distraught daughter Romy alleged to be the one who found her father’s body.

Their son, Nick, has been charged on suspicion of murder and is facing a possible life sentence if convicted. Professional photographer Sinna Nasseri had visited the couple’s million-dollar mansion in Brentwood just weeks before the tragedy, taking pictures of Rob for Interview magazine.

Sharing some of the images on Instagram, Sinna wrote how he felt “unsettled” and “strange” knowing he had been in their home just months before their brutal deaths. Posting an array of beautiful photos of Rob in his home that are now haunting to see, he wrote: “Rest in peace Rob and Michele Reiner. Feeling unsettled and strange that I was just in their home a few months ago to take these photographs for @interviewmag.”

Rob had starred in the magazine for their September issue where he discussed some of his most famous films, including The Princess Bride, Stand By Me, and A Few Good Men. He also directed Spinal Tap II: The End Continues – with Christopher Guest, Harry Shearer, and Michael McKean reprising their roles as the world’s most clueless rock stars. This marked his final film, being released in September.

Seth Rogen, an actor and comedian who has proclaimed himself a staunch supporter of the late Rob Reiner, hosted the interview. The pair discussed his most recent film, as well as some life lessons he learned while directing some of his biggest hits. Rob’s pool table, rose garden, awards, and fridge-freezer were all depicted in the images taken by famous photographer Sinna.

Sinna continued in his Instagram post, “They showed unusual kindness to me & @negativetoapositive and the entire crew. Rob was drawn to the photo in the stairwell where I asked him to raise his arms in a gesture of pride, even though there were family photos everywhere.

He was “humble” and more concerned with showcasing his rose garden, which Henry Fonda had planted in his place rather than his Emmys. However, the care and love Rob’s wife Michele showed him was one of his most heartfelt moments during his visit.

Before deciding that her husband was in good hands and giving us space, he said, “Michele, a photographer herself, watched me work for the first few shots, clearly protective of her husband.”

Rob and his wife of 36 years, Rob, had three children from their first marriage, and they were married for three more. Jake and Romy Reiner, Rob and Michele’s other children, also known as “Women cannot even begin to describe the unimaginable pain we are experiencing every moment of the day,” released a statement in the wake of their deaths.

No one should ever go through the horrifying and heartbreaking loss of our parents, Rob and Michele Reiner. They were our best friends, not just our parents.

Nick, 32, and the couple’s son Nick made a brief appearance in court on December 17 for a hearing. He faces charges of two first-degree murder counts, each with a unique case involving multiple murders.

Liverpool Rocked By Isak Blow After Surgery On Ankle Injury

After the Premier League champions revealed on Monday that he had surgery on an ankle injury that included a fibula fracture, Alexander Isak is expected to spend a while watching on the sidelines.

Isak, who was signed from Newcastle for a British record sum of £125 million ($168 million) in September, injured himself while helping Liverpool defeat Tottenham 2-1 on Saturday.

Micky van de Ven, a Tottenham defender, tackled the 26-year-old before limping off with his goal.

INCLUDE   Fear in the hearts of Liverpool has left a broken leg

According to a Liverpool statement, Alexander Isak’s injury, which he sustained on Saturday, was successfully treated for today.

An ankle injury that included a fibula fracture was treated following diagnosis.

No date has been set for Isaac’s return, but his rehabilitation will now take place at the AXA Training Center. ”

Isak’s injury is just the latest setback in his unhappy start to life at Liverpool.

Since wrapping up his lengthy move to Anfield, he has only managed three goals in 16 appearances.

He arrived at Liverpool well ahead of his team-mates in terms of fitness after a disagreement with Newcastle, meaning he did not have a proper pre-season schedule.

A groin injury then ended his season.

With Mohamed Salah attending the Africa Cup of Nations and Cody Gakpo unable to recover from a muscle injury until the first half of the new year, Isak’s absence will be a significant blow for Reds manager Arne Slot.

Hugo Ekitike and Federico Chiesa, who has five goals in his last four games, are Slot’s only senior forwards.

After extending their five-game unbeaten league run, Liverpool’s Premier League title defense came to an end following a shocking run of results.

Speaking immediately following the game, Slot stated that Isak’s injury was a “not a good thing.”

I can’t say more than that, he said, but a player who doesn’t even try to return is typically not good.

Let’s not get too negative about it yet, because that is just gut feeling and nothing medical. We are still unsure. I’m hoping he’ll be back with us soon. ”

Israel kills two Palestinians in Gaza City as ceasefire violations mount

Israel continues to violate a ceasefire agreement and obstruct the Gaza Strip’s desperately needed humanitarian aid, killing at least two Palestinians, in violation of that country’s ceasefire.

Two people were killed in the eastern Gaza City neighborhood of Shujayea, according to a report from the Palestinian news agency Wafa on Monday.

At least 12 Palestinians have been reported killed in Gaza in the past 24 hours, including eight whose bodies have been found among the rubble.

The latest Israeli violation of a US-brokered ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, which became effective on October 10, is the Gaza City attack.

Israel’s government media office on Monday criticized the truce for its “grave and systematic violations,” noting that the Israeli government has violated it 875 times since it’s enacted.

The office stated in a statement that at least 265 Israeli troops have been shot at Palestinian civilians and continue to use Israeli air and artillery, as well as unlawful demolitions of Palestinian homes and other civilian infrastructure.

Since the ceasefire began, Israel has attacked Gaza, killing at least 411 Palestinians, and injuring 1, 112 others, according to the statement.

Worse shelter conditions

In addition, hundreds of thousands of Palestinian families who have been displaced by Israel’s genocidal conflict in Gaza still struggle with a lack of basic supplies, including food, medicine, and shelter.

Israel is required to meet the needs of the Palestinians there under international law as the occupying power.

However, according to the UN and other humanitarian organizations, Gaza has consistently been denied unrestricted access to aid.

Rights groups claim that Israel’s refusal to let tents, blankets, and other supplies enter Gaza is a result of its genocidal policy and threatens Palestinian lives. A number of winter storms have recently pummeled the Strip.

Out of the 43, 800 trucks that were supposed to be allowed in since the ceasefire’s implementation in October, only 17, 819 trucks, according to the Gaza Government Media Office, entered the territory on Monday.

The office estimated that that is only 244 trucks per day, which is far below the 600 trucks that Israel agreed to allow daily into Gaza under the ceasefire agreement.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres reiterated on Monday that “every restriction on the entry of aid into Gaza, including shelter material,” should be lifted.

“We have continued to receive reports of air strikes, shelling, and gunfire in all five governorates of Gaza over the past 24 hours, despite the ceasefire. According to Stephane Dujarric, this has resulted in reported casualties and interruptions to humanitarian operations.

He claimed that the UN’s humanitarian partners are working to meet the significant need for shelter, particularly for displaced families living in unsafe conditions.

About 3,500 families in flood-prone areas have been living in flood-prone areas, according to his statement, “our partners continue to work to improve access to dignified shelter for approximately 1.3 million people in Gaza in the past week.”

Dujarric claimed that although the needs are still pressing, aid deliveries have included tents, bedding sets, mattresses, and blankets as well as children’s winter clothing.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the appeals one day after the country’s government claimed a shortage of medications and other medical supplies was preventing patients from receiving care.

During Israel’s two-year bombardment of Gaza, nearly all of the hospitals and healthcare facilities were attacked, causing at least 125 injuries, including 34 hospitals.

Since its genocidal war broke out in October 2023, the Israeli army has killed at least 70 Palestinians in Gaza, 9 of whom are mostly women and children. Additionally, 171 are injured.

Olivia Attwood says she’ll spend Christmas in a hotel with her dogs after ‘horrendous’ move

https://i2-prod.dailystar.co.uk/incoming/article36443798.ece/ALTERNATES/s615/0_This-Morning-TV-show-London-UK-18-Dec-2025.jpg

After being moved from her marital home, Olivia Attwood has revealed that she will spend Christmas Day with her dogs in a hotel room.

Olivia Attwood will be spending Christmas Day in a hotel – with her dogs. The former Love Island star has moved out of her Cheshire mansion and will be relocating to their home in London.

But for Olivia, 34, the move was particularly emotional as she explained she “wasn’t ready to say goodbye” to the sprawling mansion. Now, Olivia has admitted that most of her and her husband Bradley Dack’s belongings are still in boxes as he is away playing football over the Christmas period.

And Olivia will be spending Christmas Day with her dogs on Thursday while Bradley is away for work. She said, “I’m in London for Christmas.”

She continued, “We’re staying in London but going to a hotel, we’re done, we’re done… We can’t go skiing because of the football,” she said in the most recent episode of Pete Wicks and Olivia Attwood’s Sunday Roast: The Podcast. Gillingham FC’s Brad will be away for the majority of the holiday break, according to Olivia.

She continued, “We’ve got s**t everywhere, boxes, suitcases, and I decided to stay in a hotel that is only 10 minutes from my house because I physically, mentally needed a break from where we’re currently living.” Simply put, I must not be there.

Olivia told Pete as she pondered her house move, “I was hanging out my a*se, that’s the worst thing, pro tip: don’t do that hungover.” Mum and Dad, who were there to project manage the situation, came to my house to help.

“I’m going to live in central for another year, some things will go into long-term storage, some things will go into a skip, and some things I’ll give away to people,” I said. Therefore, I am the only person who can actually respond to those questions. I simply pointed and was there. For six hours, I did nothing. However, it was horrifying.

She stated that this was her “worst nightmare” and that she would be moving into her apartment by January 30. Olivia’s life has undergone significant changes this year, including the goodbye to former friends Olivia had previously gotten.

The actor remarked, ” Twenty-five has been the year of the snake, and people have been shedding a lot. I feel like emotionally I shedded like fake friends, I got rid of the blonde, I am now a ginger, and it has only been a year of change for me.”

She and Bradley had been dividing their time between Cheshire and London for a year, but things got too difficult. She mostly made use of the apartment to film. She only stated about her Cheshire mansion, “Chech doesn’t work for us anymore because we’re not there.”

Speaking on Instagram about her move, she told fans at the time: “I spent the happiest, most peaceful times in my adult life in this house, or maybe my whole life,” she wrote. “I don’t think I would ever be ready to say goodbye. But things don’t always play out the way you thought they might.”
