Jamie Jewitt, a model and actor on Love Island, was depressed for five years and had a number of health issues before he vowed to share his secrets after changing his body and mind.
Jamie Jewitt has been applauded by fans after showing the results of his full body transformation. The model and influencer found widespread fame after appearing on Love Island back in 2017 where he met and fell for fellow contestant Camilla Thurlow.
The couple married in 2021, and they are proud to have daughters named Nell, 4, Nora, 2, and Brodie, their 11-month-old. However, Jamie, 35, has opened up about a variety of health issues, despite the fact that life may seem ideal to outsiders.
Reflecting on the condition of his body and mind from five years ago, the reality star explained that he battled depression and aching joints before he decided to turn his life around. And in an Instagram posted on Monday, the dad-of-three shared a video montage that showed how much he had changed over the past few years.

Facing the camera with a shaved head and an untoned body, Jamie noted: “Me in December in 2020; Gut issues, arthritis pain, low testosterone, depressed, unfit, unwell. Laughing at myself helped me cope. But what do I look like now? 5 years later, 5 years older?”
The star then posed topless while wearing jeans, displaying a skin toned body and a healthier-looking skin. The actress stated in a lengthy caption that “gut issues, aches and pains, joint problems, these things are NOT just a part of ageing.”
Making excuses for myself, I fell for the same bulls***. I was having a bad day and getting worse. physically and mentally. I no longer feel better than ever, have joint pain, have digestive issues, and have depression. Once more agile, sharp, and clear. When someone over the age of 30 reaches that conclusion, they are too likely to believe the same lie.
Jamie has been sharing his advice and experience through his Revive &, Thrive podcast since reversing his unhealthy lifestyle to a more focused version of himself. He continued, “To create a project that can genuinely help people, offering education, motivation, nutrition, and supplementation,” referring to the project as his “passion.” Cut through the lies to cut through the blatant lies. Take others on the same journey I did… The podcast’s first episode was only the start.
After a year and a half of construction, this project is flying this year, Jamie continued. If you want to reach a point in your life where you know too much to let yourself go, follow @reviveandthrivemethod.
He vowed to share the tools he used to assist others, citing the pillars of his project as improving “education, motivation, nutrition, and supplementation.” Fans overwhelmingly backed his post, with numerous people clapping emojis and responding in his comments section.
And thousands more “liked” the post, including their 36-year-old wife Camilla. Nathan Massey, a former Love Island winner, added the words “He’s back” in the comments along with a muscle-arm and a blue heart emoji. Another follower said, “Well done, mate, you should be proud of yourself.”
Another fan wrote, “Well done, that’s amazing transformation.” Another person expressed their relief, “It’s hard… incredible turnaround, absolutely well done, you look amazing.” Another claimed that he sported “20 years younger.”
Jamie has previously explained that preparing for a celebrity boxing match put him on the path of better living. While preparing to take on former Towie star Dan Osborne in the ring, he realised his body was calling out for better care.
He claimed to have spent the majority of his life boxing and has loved it. I was overweight, overweight, drank alcohol through camp, and was a complete moron throughout the entire experience. I had a difficult time losing my first boxing match, but now I’m glad I did because I deserved what I did.
And he’s already mentioned how, as a parent, he struggled to balance his wife and kids with his own health and fitness needs. He asserted, “Honestly, my life most changed when I became a parent because I stopped putting my health and self first.” Being a parent for the first time, I’ve always been an exerciser, so I must admit that it was diet that I began to struggle with because I’ve always preferred quick and easy foods.
