New Zealand defeated by 323 runs.

To win the third Test by 323 runs and seal a 2-0 series victory over the West Indies, New Zealand defeated them by 138 runs.

West Indies defeated Mount Maunganui 43-0 to win, but the team came back from 87-0 to 112-8 either side of lunch.

The visitors lost 10 wickets for 51 runs, with the Test coming to an end just before tea, thanks to New Zealand’s fast bowler Jacon Duffy (52-42) and spinner Ajaz Patel (33-2).

New Zealand captain Tom Latham described it as being “a pretty clinical performance.”

It’s the ideal blueprint, according to the pitcher who won the toss and was able to bat first to close at 600.

“And then obviously doing what we did with the ball.” It was obviously very enjoyable to watch the guys play.

After 575-8 declared their first innings, New Zealand had a lead of 155 runs, which gave them the record run chase against the West Indies.

As they put their team in a commanding position, Latham and fellow opener Devon Conway became the first Test openers to record centuries in both innings.

Conway, who took 23 wickets in the three-game series, became the 10th batter in Test history to record a double hundred and a hundred in the same match.

In the third Test, West Indies captain Roston Chase completed a difficult series that saw him only score 42 runs and take three wickets.

According to Chase, “I think I had a tough series, very below par for my standards.” On the field, I didn’t really take the lead.
