The two-tone gold and silver Rolex watch is the best lookalike of Zara Tindall’s go-to £11.7k watch that can be purchased for only £45. It oozes quiet luxury on a tight budget.
Over the years Zara Tindall has worn quite an impressive range of luxury watches, many of which happen to be from one of the most coveted timepiece brands in the world; Rolex. The equestrian and Royal became a Rolex Testimonee prior to winning individual gold at the World Equestrian Games in 2006 in Aachen, and has since been spotted in several Rolex watches, including the two-tone Lady-Datejust which comes with a huge £11,700 price tag.
I’m a big fan of Zara’s collection, but I definitely won’t be able to afford a Rolex of my own any time soon. That’s why I was so excited to purchase Sekonda’s Classic Ladies 26mm Francis Watch in Two Tone. The watch, which costs just £44.99, embodies the timeless, classic (pardon the pun) luxury aesthetic of Zara’s designer wristwatches without the high price tag.

The initial necklace by Zara McDermott gives a sweet nod to a romance by Louis Tomlinson.
A narrower strap and a smaller dial contrast with Zara’s Rolex, which has a slightly slimmer design. Its two-tone gold and silver metal bracelet, pale gold surround, and gold face remain consistent with the same design.
The Sekonda Francis Watch’s materials are obviously different, with the 18ct gold and diamonds being replaced with a stainless steel alloy and crystals, which add to the much more affordable price tag. The Sekonda watch retains the elegance and sophistication of the designer version, with gold-toned accents including the dial surround and winder and crystals around the face.
You can barely feel the watch on your wrist because it is also incredibly light and comfortable to wear. At first, the clasp can be a little difficult to unlatch, but after a few uses, it loosens and closes super securely, avoiding the worry of it popping open while you wear it.
The two-tone bracelet strap is still present, but it doesn’t have the crystals around the edge, so it can be purchased for £44.99 on Amazon. Alternately, you can purchase an all-silver version directly from Sekonda’s website for $ 399.99, which has the same design but lacks any gold details as mine.
The Mini Two Tone Pearl Link Belgravia 23 Watches can be purchased at Abbott Lyon for £149. This watch has a pearl-effect dial, a strap in two colors, and a face that has inlaid crystals around the face.
However, I’m not happy with my Sekonda Classic Ladies 26mm Francis Watch in Two Tone. You can get that quiet luxury look on a tight budget with their extensive selection of other excellent designer alternatives.
