Molly Mae Hague’s latest collaboration has been branded “boring and beige” by frustrated fans. The former Love Island star is teaming up with Adidas for a new footwear collection.
Announcing the exciting news recently, she said: “I can’t quite believe I’m saying this… but in 2026 I’ll be officially partnering with Adidas on a limited footwear collection. This started as a dream years ago.
“It honestly still doesn’t feel real that it’s now happening. I’m beyond grateful to adidas for trusting me and to all of you supporting me every step of the way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making insane moments like this possible.”
She later teased: “Three stripes. One vision. Curated by Molly-Mae. Coming soon…” Now, Molly Mae has given fans a first look at the collection and the hard work that went into it.
As she discussed the collection, she said: “I’m definitely liking the idea of like a cream and a tan, brown-y kind of colour. Because to me, the main part of the trainer being cream feels timeless. You can wear it all seasons.
“I feel like you’re either an iced latte girl or you’re a matcha girl. The idea that you can have like two trainers – one is like your iced latte and your matcha is like the cool girl. Which is so us, isn’t it?”
However, fans were left less than impressed by the new collection, branding it “boring” and “beige”.
“Omg, I could have told you in ten seconds it would be different variations of BEIGE,” one fan wrote, whilst another added: “Beige for spring? Groundbreaking,” in a sarcastic comment.
A third shared: “Cream can be worn all seasons? not where I live, they’d be covered in mud in winter.” However, some did like the ideas, with one writing: “Yeah but beige works for a reason.”
Another added: “I’m sooo here for the matcha one,” as a third wrote: “I’m already obsessed!” Molly Mae is likely to reveal all in new series on Prime Video, where she also talks about her reunion with Tommy Fury.
She said: “I am very proud of me and Tommy for working through things. It’s just gonna bring us even closer as a family … The last couple of months have been like the worst couple of months of my life. The feeling of a break up, it’s like a physical pain, like your heart actually hurts. For everyone else, it’s news, a bit of gossip. But for us, it’s real life. Your whole world just feels like it’s over.”
