Meghan simply asked her fans to do something kind for one another on her blog The Tig, which she frequently posted on while living in Canada and making the hit legal drama.
She stated in the opening sentence, “I am 33 years old today.” And I’m content. And I say that so clearly because, well, it takes time. I want you to be kind to yourself, so here’s what I want as a birthday present for my birthday. I ask that you take a challenge on yourself.
I want you to stop gushing, to try a dish that makes you uncomfortable, to purchase coffee just because, to express your love to someone, and then to apologize. You must discover happiness, please. I did . And it’s never felt so good.
Meghan frequently posts about her favorite foods, travel destinations, and wellness journey on the blog, which is named after her favorite red wine.
