Meghan Markle has delighted her fans on social media by posting a mood board that provides an untold glimpse into what motivates and inspires her as she prepares to release her new Netflix series ‘With Love, Meghan‘ in just two weeks.
Meghan resurrected her authentic self with a selection of quotes, images, and trinkets that have served as inspiration for her future plans and recently surpassed her 2 million followers on Instagram.
The mood-board, which features a number of distinct sections, prominently displayed some unmistakable nods to her most recent business venture, ‘As Ever’ by displaying a number of labels for her upcoming Raspberry spread range. In addition, Meghan also channelled her inner homestead maven, with a quote which read: “Farm Fresh Eggs, Carrots Two Ways and Sweet Treats. ”
The Tig, her first blog, had a throwback to her, and she featured the recipe for her distinctive Tig Cup on the mood board. Meghan left her showbiz career to pursue a lifestyle blog, which ran for a while before it was added to her current location, which highlights her strong desire to re-establish both the present and the past and to reflect her roots.
No mood board would be complete without some inspirational quotes, and Meghan’s example is one where the Duchess has taken a step back from the norm and displays her sense of humor. Among the notes stuck to the board include one which reads: “Stay close to people who feel like sunshine,”, another that says: “You cannot make everybody happy, you are not a jar of Nutella, while a third, perhaps more entertainingly, reads: “I love you with all my butt. I would say heart, but my butt is bigger. ”
A green star emblazoned with son Archie’s name occupies prominent place in the heartfelt display, along with a stunning illustration of Meghan and Prince Harry walking their beloved beagle, who tragically passed away earlier this year, to underscore how important family is to Meghan as well. Additionally, several photos were printed on the board, with delicate aesthetic details like wildflowers and coffee adorning images of Meghan herself and snippets of her everyday life.
The mood-board also features several handwritten post-it notes in a delicate cursive as well as another piece of paper that boldly declares, “Love you Meghan, Great Menu,” and is also signed off simply as “TA”.
A gift certificate for Chez Panisse Restaurant and Cafe, a photo of a smiling pancake, and fruit-covered toast, make the final cut for the inspirational vision the Duchess wished to show the world, are also prominently displayed on the board.
Meghan did a sweet caption, “From memory lane to the memories I’m making today,” to nicely accompany the post, which is only one brief glimpse into her thought process and what brings her joy.
