Following the release of the trailer, Strictly star AJ Pritchard compared Meghan Markle’s new festive Netflix show to a “sixth form” production.
Meghan Markle has been mocked by Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Pritchard, as he said his new Netflix show “didn’t entice” him – before adding cuttingly: “At least she’s working.” His comments come after the release of a trailer for her show titled With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration.
Dancer AJ, who is known for dancing with YouTube star Saffron Barker on Strictly in 2019, shared his thoughts on GB News Breakfast. He told hosts Stephen Dixon and Ellie Costello: “In the festive spirit…. I watched it just then, and it really looked like a little – I don’t want to seem rude – like a sixth form. You put a play on, you film so it looks so cute. You go to the kitchen, little kiss with your other half. It didn’t entice me, that’s for sure.”

He then added: “But at least she’s working.” The new show will be available on Netflix on December 3, and Meghan shared a trailer for the show as she declared her love for the holiday season.
During the short clip, Meghan is seen searching for a Christmas tree, kissing her hubby Price Harry and cooking up some festive treats in the kitchen. She captioned the clip: “Unwrap the magic and let the festivities begin when With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration arrives December 3rd on @netflix”.
Celebrities like chef Tom Colicchio and tennis champion Naomi Osaka are featured in her regular version of the show, which follows the same format. The former actress asserts that “being a host or host is about making people feel comfortable” while cooking. Then, Gasturateur Will Guidara says, “You can do things that make people feel a little bit.” before they both use the phrase “more seen”
Megan is also spotted making her own Christmas decorations in the video. She claims that it’s important to “adopt traditions,” “make new ones,” and take time to “connect with the people we love” during the holiday season.
Fans couldn’t express their opinions because Meghan’s comments on the post were disabled.
Prince Harry ’s appearance in the trailer gives the impression that he is going to appear in the series, although he barely appeared in the first season and was nowhere to be seen in the second series, released earlier this summer.
The couple’s quick smooch in the kitchen is a rare sight in public, according to the short clip. The Duke quickly leans in for a kiss as Meghan wraps her hand around his neck in a sweet embrace while sporting a casual light brown linen shirt.
