The Duchess of Sussex has shared exactly what attracted her to Prince Harry in a candid new interview.
In her first magazine cover since joining the Royal Family, Meghan has taken part in a huge Harper’s Bazaar photoshoot, plumping for a powerful bare-faced look for the glossy snaps.
In the sit-down chat, Meghan gave rare insight into the dynamic of her marriage, the realities of running her lifestyle business, As Ever, and parenting Archie and Lilibet in sunny Monecito. She even explores the “mistakes” she’s made since self-exiling from royal life and moving back to the States with her family.
However, her revelations about Harry really piqued people’s ire. Meghan revealed in her most intimate interview to date that she first fell in love with the Duke when they first met.

Meghan said, “He loves me so strongly, fully, and he also has a different perspective because he sees media,” Meghan said. You have someone who has this childlike wonder and playfulness, because no one in the world loves me more than him, so I know he will always make sure he has my back. He made that clear to me, and I was so drawn to it. That is reflected in every aspect of our daily lives.
The former Suits actress, who also unveiled the trailer for the festive episode of her Netflix series With Love, Meghan, this week, also provided a glimpse into motherhood with young kids, the Express reports.
Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, are the parents of Meghan and Harry, who both retired as senior royals and moved to California in 2020. The Duchess said, “I love that I can work from home, and my office is right next to the kitchen. It is a wonderful luxury. When I’m in the middle of a meeting, whether it’s about a brand’s profit or something new, (Lilibet) comes and sits on my lap.
Meghan also revealed that as she became more famous, her boundaries increased. She told the magazine, “You find different ways to protect yourself, whether it’s through self-preservation or through just growing up.”
She acknowledged that she occasionally allows herself grace when she makes business errors, but she didn’t go into specifics about how they might have occurred.
Meghan continued, “I’m a mother of two children who are constantly learning something new.” Every day, I witness them confronting challenges that seem unsurmountable. But you can remember and say, “I know it’s going to be difficult right now, but trust me, that’s going to happen so quickly.” ‘”.
