Two Married At First Sight actors who have appeared on different season’s of the show have sparked romantic relationships.
Fans of the chaotic E4 reality dating program will be aware that the program’s success rate is very low when matching couples stay together for a long time. The series’ premise is that strangers exchange vows when they first meet after being paired with compatible partners by relationship experts.
Most duos eventually end up splitting, with many ending up falling apart before the taping of the season is over. However, there is a sort of success story emerging as two contestants from two different seasons have reportedly found love, and things are said to be going well.
According to Married At First Sight fans, Paul Liba and Tasha Jay were paired during the eighth season of the show in 2023. The couple, who remained together for the duration of their season, were reportedly a hit with viewers, but eventually split up.
Now that it has been revealed, Paul has reportedly started dating Hannah Borzoi, who was a contestant in the show’s 2024 season. Before the cameras stopped rolling, Hannah and Stephen Nolson had been working together on the show, but they eventually broke up before the cameras started to roll. However, the 32-year-old from Manchester is now enjoying time with Paul, 28.
They’ve been secretly going on dates for a while and wanted to keep it a secret, a source told The Sun, but it all surfaced during the reunion filming. Everyone is aware of everyone, so nothing stays hidden in the MAFS world.
On the E4 show, Hannah and Stephen had an awkward run at falling in love, with the result of which Hannah and Stephen tangled up between staying together and leaving each other. After that, tensions turned ugly when it emerged that Hannah kissed Orson Nurse, leading to her marriage to fail. Later, she acknowledged her errors and addressed the chaos that ensued on the show on social media.
She wrote: “So many mixed emotions as I close the chapter on a very short]and] pretty chaotic ‘ marriage’… I’m so damn proud of myself and leave with my head higher than it’s ever been despite living through [and] watching one of my life’s little journey’s most difficult experiences.
I’m so proud to be a woman who gives everything she can to make it through. Yes, I made some mistakes which I’ve owned and I am far from perfect but living in a super stressful environment when you’re isolated]and] excluded, with only a couple of people in your corner]and] then having your whole personality bashed]and] your integrity questioned on a daily basis sure was not easy!
“And the only way that my MAFS journey could have been different was if I had to make a change,” he said. She concluded: “Peace out wifey life… but maybe not completely the end just yet”!
