City of Manchester have signed teenage Swiss forward Iman Beney on a four-year deal from BSC YB Frauen.
After joining City earlier this month, Canada defender Jade Rose signed Beney, the 18-year-old is City’s second summer signing.
As YB Frauen won their first Swiss title since 2011 this year, the forward scored nine goals in 22 appearances.
Additionally, she was chosen as the Swiss Super League’s MVP.
“I’m very happy to be here and I can’t wait to start the new season with City of Manchester,” said Beney, who has won 10 caps for Switzerland.
I felt good about working with Therese [Sjogran, director of football], and I think City is the best way to help me develop as a player.
