Whitney Adebayo, a love islander, has criticized her ex-boyfriend, Lochan Nowacki, for making her skin “dirty” while they were dating.

Love Island star Whitney Adebayo has slammed her ex-boyfriend Lochan Nowacki after she claimed he ‘called her skin dirty’ – which Lochan denies. In an explosive TikTok post, Whitney slammed her ex before he also took to social media to issue his own response.

The former lovers first met on Love Island in 2023, and the series came in seventh place. They kept in touch until their split earlier this year.

Things kicked off between the pair when Whitney posted a snap in a bright pink strapless bikini on a beach in Barbados. She wrote: “‘You look happier,” before adding: “Thanks! I finally fell in love with my skin he used to call dirty.” It comes after Cruz Beckham ‘steals’ his dad’s tiny white trunks and family have epic response.

Amid speculation over which ex Whitney made the claims against, her sister Liz shared a screenshot of an alleged WhatsApp conversation with Lochan.

Please speak to Whit, she is completely cone and I feel awful, but I never said that because I thought she had a joke on her because she can’t look at me the same. Liz [sic] “I have no idea what to do.

In a five-minute clip, Lochan took to TikTok to offer his own side of the fight. He said, “I don’t even know where to start this really.”

He stated that he and his family are “devastated and upset” about the allegations but that he felt “no choice” but to address them on his own social media account.

When Whitney began to show off her new nails, she claimed a year into their relationship, they were out for a walk. She unfavorably smacks her nails into my face and says, “Your hands aren’t, but mine are.” And I responded, “No, they’re not,” he said.

It was an off-the-cuff remark, but I was just annoyed that she had her hands in my face. She looked at me shocked and said, “You’re calling me dirty. That surprised me, I must say. I felt insulted by my girlfriend’s calling me a racist because she knew I would never say that.

I want to say that I’ve never called someone’s skin dirty, but I’ve never. That statement bothers me the most. Whitney has since responded to a nine-minute-long TikTok video by retaliating against Lochan.

In the video, she directly addressed her ex, who asked, “Lochan, are we doing this? ” Do we really want to look like a nice boy with a puppy dog eye?

We were returning from lunch, going to his place, and I was in the sun, Whitney continued, adding, “We were going to his place.” I said, “Beautiful, look how my skin sparkles in the sun.”

He said, “Ugh, it’s dirty,” and he looked at me. He only said, “It was a joke, it was a joke,” when I lashed out. He called all of my family members while he was crying, and he claimed it was a joke.

No one would think Lochan would ever say it maliciously because he emits his golden retriever energy, she continued. I have dark humor because I am aware of when something is taken seriously and turned into a joke when it is actually being said.

“I’m here because I’m not even here because Lochan is a racist, I’m saying that he made racial slurs toward me,” Whitney said.

The TV star responded to questions about why she is now speaking out, saying, “I was embarrassed, I was ashamed, and I didn’t want to share any of my story.”

“Now, I’m not ashamed and embarrassed about it because I’m just one of the many women who experience it,” she said. “I’m happy I’ve been saved and surviving.”

The Mirror has contacted Lochan’s representative for comment.
