Hannah Elizabeth, a legend of Love Island, explains why she does OnlyFans, why she’s endured enough of the “stigma,” but has no regrets.
Love Island OG Hannah Elizabeth has lifted the lid on what she actually does on the adults-only content platform OnlyFans.
The 35-year-old former Playboy Bunny from Liverpool, who has had two stints in the Love Island villa, says many who haven’t seen her page presume what she does is full-on ‘porn’, but as she tells the Mirror, it couldn’t be further from the truth.
“I don’t do porn, no. I do now what I did in the lads mags that were on the shelves in Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury’s years ago! Everyone’s seen my boobs, anyway.

She continues, “They’re everywhere on the internet.” Why wouldn’t I release them now, then? I’ll continue to do it until I’m too old. All I’ve ever known is this. And I take pride in what I do.
Catching up with the chatty blonde at the recent launch of Olivia Attwood ’s new ITV2 series Getting Filthy Rich – the fourth in the franchise – Hannah appears in the first episode, which seems former TOWIE star Olivia get the lowdown from her and other famous OnlyFans creators, such as Kerry Katona, Lauren Goodger and Katie Price.
Olivia enters a seductive photo shoot Hannah is doing for her OnlyFans that features her having shots taken in her underwear and posing seductively inside a bath tub.
She says, “You know, when I actually filmed it, it didn’t feel like filming, and it was so nice, so easy-going. And Olivia and I both know each other. Simply put, the boss. You know that I’ve worked in this field for a long time; it’s all I know, really?
“I read all the lads’ magazines and everything.” I was made up to be a part of this because I have so many positive things to say about the industry.
As well as the obvious financial incentives, Hannah tells the Mirror that being her own boss is a huge benefit of working on the adult-only platform. “I mean, the pros are obviously managing yourself, regulating what content goes out there, planning your own shoots. I think it’s exciting and very empowering.”
She acknowledges that having a creator has some drawbacks. It’s the judgment you sometimes receive from other women, especially in the UK. You’re a weirdo in America without the OnlyFans”!
She continues, “But let’s be honest, I’ve dealt with that since OnlyFans existed because I’ve been in the glamour industry.” Still, there is a stigma associated with it, and I don’t believe there should be.
One of the things Olivia Attwood’s new series, which tries to break through with its first episode, is about breaking ground with industry figures. “I think shows like this give us the opportunity to show what we’re doing,” says Hannah.
She also reveals that brands have “blacklisted” her because of her involvement with OnlyFans, but she doesn’t feel guilty about it.
No one ever raises this topic in open conversation, despite the fact that I do on the show. Brands continue to dominate brands even though they claim to be very inclusive, so I believe brands essentially focus on OnlyFans creators and refuse to collaborate with them.
Because so much is said about feminism and women having control over their own bodies, I simply don’t think it’s appropriate. However, doing OnlyFans” is not acceptable.
Meanwhile, the former glamour model tells us she’ll be glued – as ever – to the latest All Stars series, which finally returned to our screens on Monday, after wildfires delayed filming in South Africa.
And there’s one contestant she can’t wait to see in action. “I watch every season. I absolutely can’t wait to see Belle [Hassan]. I love her, I think she’ll kill it. But personally, I feel like I’m a bit too old now. I’ve done it twice.
If Hannah received the “yes” in the end, would she return to the villa for another vacation? If they put the right fellah in there for me, perhaps. I’m no longer even aware of who it is. I’m too old. “
She acknowledges that she is currently single and says, “It’s hard out here on these single streets. To be honest, I’m not sure where the fellahs are these days. So, we’ll see. We’ll see if. But he needs to run after me more than I am.
On ITV2 and ITVX, Getting Filthy Rich airs on Sunday, January 18 at 10 p.m.
