After splitting from Casey O’Gorman, Love Island All Stars winner Gabby Allen revealed her love life.
Gabby Allen left the Love Island All Stars villa on a high in February, having won the show with Casey O’Gorman. However, one public break-up and another dating spin-off later, she’s done with making her romantic life a priority. Gabby and Casey seemed like a match made in Love Island heaven when they took part in All Stars in early 2025 and left the villa hand-in-hand with the £50,000 prize money. But the pair split amicably just months later and firmly friend-zoned each other while both competing on Love Island Games in September. Now, 33-year-old Gabby admits that her love life is “dead” at the moment, but she’s not particularly stressed about finding a new man – particularly after filming Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.

She tells us, “I’m dating and I’m open to it, but my career is just so important.” “SAS was the highlight of my year,” I thought. I’ll just continue to concentrate on my amazing community of women who are committed to promoting their health and strength. My knight in shining armor appears to be traveling slowly.
Gabby quickly became a fan favourite when she shot to fame on Love Island in 2017, coming in fourth place with Marcel Somerville. After hitting it off on national TV, the couple seemed like the real deal.
However, just 10 months after their tense romance, Marcel cheated on Gabby while the pair were away in Mexico.
The exes came face to face once again on All Stars last year, with Gabby telling Marcel that she had “mixed feelings” about him. “It’s nice to see you but I also think you’re a k**b,” she told him on the show while he apologised for the betrayal.
After breaking up with Marcel, Gabby went on to date Rak-Su star Myles Stephenson in 2018, but split almost a year later after claims she had found flirty texts from other girls on his phone.
Gabby insists that she is completely unmarried despite the fact that she hasn’t been since Casey’s breakup. “I want a completely different challenge.” She claims that she has already completed all the Love Islands. “Love Island cannot be repeated.” My Love Island boots are tucked away from me a great deal.
Now, Gabby says that she’s the “fittest” she’s ever been and is focused on staying that way after her stint on Celebrity SAS. The reality star takes on the toughest show on TV as she’s put through her paces by former Special Forces officers in the upcoming series.
In an Australian-UK crossover, Gabby joins the likes of Dani Dyer, Neighbours’ Ryan Moloney, cricketer Graeme Swann, Olympic swimmer Mack Horton and rugby player Ben Cohen, among others, as they take part in a tough SAS selection course in North Africa.
She loved surprising herself with what she could do, even though the star found the show to be brutally difficult.
She says, “I know that I have the capacity to do more and be more, and that is going to propel me forward.” I’m going to really push myself because I know I can do amazing things this year. I was lifting the same amount of weights as the men, but some of them were 6’2″ tall.
Gabby admits that she took the “beastings” seriously after suffering devastating scoliosis as a child and was frequently punished for breaking rules like not keeping their water bottles filled up.
After developing a 95-degree curvature with the potential of paralysis, she needed surgery to her spine. Six ribs were removed while her back was fitted with metal rods, nuts, and bolts.
“I like to do well in everything, and failing was really hard.” She says, “I would give myself a hard time.” I had a massive back operation when I was 12 and had to retrain my walking skills. Because I’ve always had the drive to succeed in everything, it was difficult for me to do that when I didn’t appear on the show.”
Gabby was concerned that after suffering a knee injury during one task, she would have to leave for medical reasons at one point during filming.
One of her experiences, which she says, “started to niggle,” is that she is now nearly 34 years old. One of my worst fears was that I slammed it against one of the tasks. What the heck is going on with this medical situation, I thought? I was frightened that I wouldn’t be able to continue, but I did it anyway. Due to some s**t, my adrenal gland needs a medical.
After her time on the show, Gabby wants to be the “strongest, healthiest version” of herself in 2026, which means she’s prepared for a new challenge.
“I’d love to I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here or Strictly Come Dancing,” she says. “Something that’s a different kind of challenge altogether.
Nothing ever matches what I did there because SAS pushed me to do what I want to do with my fitness level. I’m very appreciative of it, but I’m now wondering, “F**k sake, will I ever reach those moments again?” “
On Channel 4, who will host SAS: Who Dares Wins on Sunday, January 4 at 9 p.m.
