After a shock split from Tasha Ghouri after two and a half years together, Love Island star Andrew Le Page updated his social media followers on his romantic life.
Love Island star Andrew Le Page has admitted he is back on the dating scene months after his shock split from Tasha Ghouri. The former couple stunned their fans when they announced their relationship was over in February after two and a half years together.
Now, as Tasha continues to wish her ex well despite him being “blindsided” by the split, Andrew has admitted he is back in the hunt for his perfect partner. The 30-year-old took to his TikTok to share a message with his followers.
Last week, the former estate agent jokingly apologized on social media for anticipating a new girl in a clip. It appeared as though the relationship had ended.
Before turning around and stumbling in the corner of the room, Andrew is depicted in the video looking depressed toward the camera. “Putting myself in a position to get excited over a girl once more,” he captioned his upload.
Despite the seemingly failed attempt to re-enter the dating world, his followers quickly gathered to offer their support. One user told the reality TV star in the comments section: “Andrew you deserve the world and more hope one day you find your person.”
Tasha was spotted on a dating app shortly after their split, prompting Andrew’s upload. Although they appear to be a strong couple in public, it’s believed that behind the scenes things were already happening.
Tasha openly admitted to breaking up with her relationship in a memoir titled Your Superpower. She admitted that the tension from the show was what caused the romantic breakdown in it and attributed some of the blame to Strictly.
It’s a long process, she said in the book, but it’s really about having people working with people who have disabilities to help them find their self-assurance. I was completely aware that it wasn’t appropriate. There were a lot of tears shed, and it was very difficult. I planned to marry Andrew, but he was not. We discussed having children.
It was recently revealed Andrew was leaving the UK to live in Dubai. Speaking to the Mirror on the BAFTA Awards 2025 red carpet in London earlier this month, Tasha said she was “doing okay” since the split.
She acknowledged that “breakups aren’t easy for anyone to go through.” I look back and see Andrew with a smile on my face because we had great memories together. “I had a great two and a half years with him.” I wish him the best and sometimes it just doesn’t work out because that’s what happened. I’m just advancing right now.
Andrew appeared less content with the split despite Tasha’s well-wishes. Andrew didn’t seem particularly impressed when he responded to a number of questions from Snapchat users.
One follower inquired about how he handled the “different negative narratives” surrounding the relationship breakdown. Let’s just say I had to bite my tongue with it all, he teased in response. Truth always emerges right at some point.
