A girl is being delivered by Shannon Phillips. The 31-year-old TV star, who became famous on Love Island in 2020, is already the mother of Lucia Webb, who is also the mother of Lucia, who is also the father of Lucia and Billy Webb, who recently announced on social media that she and her partner have experienced a new blessing.
The reality star admitted to feeling “completed” in a way she could not have imagined before sharing a reel of the baby’s arrival on Halloween.

The TV star then shared a photo of herself nursing the newborn baby with her partner next to her on Instagram.

Numerous of Shaughna’s fellow reality stars emailed her wishes in the comments section. Nicole O’Brien, who is well-known for her work on Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle, wrote: “Aww Shaughna! congratulations, sweetheart, and a very happy birthday.

Before being released in August, Shaughna actually became pregnant during a brief home visit from her boyfriend Billy, who was currently serving a nine-year sentence for Class A drug offenses at the time. And Shaughna was shocked that her baby dream came true so quickly, even though she had planned the pregnancy and even monitored her ovulation to increase her chances of conceiving.
For the first time, my ovulation window coincided with Billy’s return, she claimed. I thought, “You know what?” Not, why? Let’s just observe.” I literally said to Billy the next day, “I think I’m pregnant. I was very, very early to learn. I was taking between five and ten tests each day. I’m not even exaggerating.
Billy, who was jailed in 2023, claimed at the time that he was currently on “a few days” each month without regular visits. The actress also mentioned that Billy was due for an early release and was optimistic that he would leave in time for the arrival, despite the fact that she has already been forced to raise her daughter as a single parent.
She continued, “I am aware of the date that he is scheduled to return, but I don’t say that just because something might happen.” But I’m hoping he’s at home by the time my baby is due.
In April of this year, Shaughna gave birth to Lucia, and by that time Billy had already been detained on suspicion of possessing with intent to distribute a Class A drug.
Despite “hating every minute” seeing her young daughter in a prison setting, she remained committed to maintaining the father-daughter relationship and regularly visited him.
She said, “I never would have chosen this life for my daughter.” I don’t believe it until I entered the building to find out what was happening. Although I was so anxious, I never had a question. Regardless of what was going on between us at the time, I always knew that I would take Lucia to see her father.
Shaughna admitted that she was conflicted when she first learned she was pregnant because she didn’t want her daughter to feel like she was “being replaced.”
She said, “I was hoping for it, but the moment I learned about it, Lucia hit me off guard immediately.” What have I done, Oh my God, I thought? I don’t want you to ever believe you were being replaced or something similar. When I consider it, my heart literally breaks.”
