Moments before the Love Island final airs this year, when Monica Brown drops some incredibly juicy information about Harry, the winners are announced.
Love Island legend Montana Brown has ‘spilled the tea’ on this year’s contestant Harry Cooksley moments before tonight’s final airs on ITV.
The 29-year-old shared some very juicy details with her 581, 000 followers on TikTok about the villa lothario, who is currently paired up with Shakira Khan. The mother-of-two made the dishonest claim that Harry was actually dating one of her friends before he appeared on the dating show, dishing the dirt on the 30-year-old football player.
Urging fans not to vote for the ‘walking red flag of a man’, she said on a video: “Guys, I’ve not been involved in the whole Love Island chat. But I know tonight is the final – so this is the tea, right.

Before he left for Love Island, Harry literally was seeing a friend I knew, one of my close friends. He wrote her a letter, “Oh my gosh,” and said, “Oh my gosh.” Although I know you’ll be surprised by this, I still care about you and know we’ll end up together. And I just need to concentrate. All of this crap, you know.
Montana continued, “And now, I’m like, this guy cannot win! ” I do, however, enjoy Shakira. She is incredible, from what I have seen of her.
“So I believe we should just consider letting Shakira win instead of letting them save her. Because he will simply flee from what we know about him and grab the money. That’s my cup of tea, then.
Montana lamented Harry’s explanation for not being truthful about visiting Love Island, saying: “He also told my friend he was going to Bali. Need more words, please? !
Some fans, however, wished Montana had said something sooner and questioned the video’s timing. One person said, “Montana, the vote started yesterday; it’s too late for this information.”
Another person wrote, “Too late, I already voted for Shakira”! Why is Montana only saying this the night of the final, as a third person questioned. She might have said it now, two months ago.
A fourth posed the question, “Wouldn’t he write a letter to his ex-girlfriend Emma stating something similar before going on?” She claimed that she believed he meant going to rehab. What number of love letters will this man write, in a joking fifth sentence? While a sixth wrote, “This information needs to be sent to Shakira’s mother,”
Others, however, still referred to as “team Harry,” with one Love Island fan saying, “Harry has made this season, he’s an inspiration, he has to win.” Another person praised “Harry for the win”! According to another participant, “I don’t get all these stunning girls going for Harry, lol, but last week he kind of won me over a little.”
Love Island’s finale, which airs from 9pm tonight, looks set to be a belter. After weeks of drama under the Spanish sun, the four final couples will be treated to one last date before finding out who will be declared the winners – and waltz off with the £50,000 prize money.
As Harry and Shakira square off against Yasmin Pettet, Jamie Rhodes, Angel Swift, Toni Laites, and Cach Mercer in the 2025 title race, host Maya Jama will be in charge of the proceedings.
According to bookmakers, Harry and Shakira are the current favorite to win. Some viewers might find this surprising, especially since they are one of the younger couples who have been looking into other connections for weeks. But after Montana’s “spill the tea,” video, will people still support him?
- Tonight at 9 p.m., Love Island airs on ITV.
