The 2026 Hundred season brings together England trio Charlie Dean, Jamie Overton, and Liam Livingstone.

With the addition of Australia leg-spinner Adam Zampa and big-hitting South Africa batter Dewald Brevis to the men’s team, Spirit, who are based at Lord’s, have signed eight players total.

The women’s squad will be led by former England head coach Jon Lewis, with the addition of seamer Mahika Gaur and South Africa legend Marizanne Kapp, who is currently the franchise’s captain.

Kapp, 36, recently won player of the match at the 2022 The Hundred final in Val Invincibles. In The Hundred, she has taken 46 wickets, which is her fourth-highest total in the history of the game.

It’s fantastic to be able to use players of this caliber in the women’s game, Lewis said.

“I’m thrilled London Spirit fans will see Charlie and Grace return, and I know that our bowling attack will benefit from Mahika and Marizanne’s real skill and experience.”

Before the auction, which is scheduled to take place in March, each Hundred team has the option of signing or keeping four players directly.

After smashing 161 balls from 57 balls in the CSA T20 Challenge in 2022, Brevis, 22, is the highest individual T20 score in South Africa. In The Hundred, he will make his acting debut.

Livingstone leaves Birmingham Phoenix and becomes the men’s player of the tournament in 2021, while Overton, who was Spirit’s top wicket-taker, will have the opportunity to build on his dominance of the 2025 season.
