At the All Things Go Music Festival in Forest Hills Stadium, Lola Young experienced a medical condition.

A day after collapsing onstage during a show in New York, Lola Young had to cancel a Washington, D.C. gig.

The 24-year-old singer was taken backstage by medical staff as she sang Conceited at the All Things Go Music Festival on Saturday in Forest Hills Stadium, New York City. She had a medical issue while performing at the All Things Go Music Festival.

She then canceled her Sunday performance at the Washington, D.C. leg of the festival.

In a statement posted on Instagram, she wrote: “I’m sorry to confirm that I won’t be playing All Things Go in DC today. I love this job and I never take my commitments and audience for granted so I’m sorry to those who will be disappointed by this.

I hope I will receive a second chance in the future from everyone. Thank you to everyone who gives a listening ear. Please give me a day off, to all the online criminals who enjoy being mean.

Lola told fans she was doing okay after her New York collapse, saying, “I am doing okay for anyone who saw my set at All Things Go today. Lola xxx, thank you for your ongoing assistance.

Lola told the New York crowd she’d had a difficult few days, just before the medical incident.

She said, “Sometimes life really makes you feel like you can’t continue, but you know what, today I woke up and decided to stay here because I wanted to be cool, and sometimes life throws you lemons, and you just gotta make lemonade.”

The singer’s manager Nick Shymansky explained on Instagram Stories that the singer had pulled out of another gig at Audacy’s We Can Survive concert the following day, explaining that it had to do so because “there was a sensitive matter.”

After visiting rehab last year to address her drug addiction, Lola expressed her “struggle” with sobriety earlier this month.

She stated to the Guardian newspaper, “It’s been a struggle because I definitely had to work on some internal healing while going through touring and stuff.”

I had to be a little while battling with things, so I had to be away. However, you learn a lot about being a substance addict. You become more sympathetic toward those who have experienced that as a result. It’s just a continuous journey.

The singer of “The Big Brown Eyes” continued to say that she is “very appreciative and grateful” for receiving assistance and support.

She continued, “Many people don’t have the privilege of being able to do that.” Many people are on the road to recovery because they all have addictions.
