The 36-year-old singer, who won three Grammys, has embarked on a weight-loss journey over the past year, and it’s more obvious than ever that her hard work is paying off as she unveiled her brand-new figure on Wednesday in a sizzling lingerie snap. The Good As Hell star posed in a black bra and matching black knickers for her 44 million Instagram followers.
The singer looked stunning in the eyes and sported a slick of nude lipstick while flawlessly applying her flawless makeup. Lizzo looked seductively at herself in the reflection of the mirror while sporting wavy, wispy hair. And it wasn’t long before her adoring followers began to comment on the singer’s weight loss.
One Instagram user swooned: “Omg! She has hardly ever looked better. She’s inspired me to get off my fat a** and get to the gym today. What a woman”. Another echoed: “The glow up is real omg. Now, better than ever, Lizzo is back. Someone else added: “I don’t care how she’s lost the weight, but she looks frigging incredible. You can see it most in her face and she’s sooooooo pretty”.
After being a source of inspiration for the millions of people who resembled her, Lizzo made it known to her fans that she was embarking on a weight-loss journey in January 2024. Even at the end of her weight-loss journey, Lizzo knew she would never be considered a “shy” despite the weight she had already lost. At the time, she insisted that she was on his path for her own health and well-being.
At the time, she said: “‘ I am actually on an intentional weight-loss journey right now. Even at the end of my weight-loss journey, I’m not going to be considered thin by any means. On the basis of my BMI, I will still be deemed morbidly obese. And I’ll still be called “big backed” by some online snobs. But I will be happy”.
One year later, Lizzo finally reached her weight loss goal. She exclaimed to her fans that she had lost 16% of her body fat in January 2025. “I did it. I’ve reached my weight-release goal as of today when I step on the scale. I haven’t seen this number since 2014! Let this serve as a reminder that you can accomplish anything. Time for new goals”.
Fans have long speculated that Lizzo used the weight loss injections to help her goals, despite the singer’s never-official confirmation or denial of whether or not she could have lost weight with the help of Ozempics. However, after finally reaching her goal, Lizzo joked that she had received ‘ Ozempic allegations ‘ in a TikTok.
