Littler headlines Premier League line-up

Jonny Clayton, Stephen Bunting, Gerwyn Price, and Josh Rock, who has been confirmed as wildcards, will join the Premier League Darts lineup this year.

When it kicks off on February 5 in Newcastle, the 16-week competition will also feature defending champions Michael van Gerwen and Luke Humphries.

Gian van Veen, a Dutchman who Littler defeated last week to claim his second world title, will also compete in his place.

Littler won the tournament last year by beating Humphries 11-8.

Littler, Humphries, Van Veen, and Van Gerwen were guaranteed spots in the invitational event’s group stage as the organization’s current top four players in the world rankings.
