As the actress explained her changes to her, she appeared as stunning as ever. She continued, citing breast augmentation, lip, cheek, and chin filler, Botox on her forehead, crow’s feet, and lip, as well.
Kate said she “hates when people lie” about the treatments they’ve had, and that she shared before-and-after photos of her nose job.
She continued, “I wanted to come on here and discuss the things that are fake about me; I’m talking about appearances and looks.” I bring up this topic once more because of 1. I detest when people tell lies about what they have done and 2. I was asked why I looked different in my ID photo while dining the other day.

I don’t think it’s that much, but who cares, to be honest, I really haven’t had that much done. My nose was the thing that made me look the most obvious. “Botox on my forehead, Botox here [pointing to her crow’s feet], lips, cheeks, chin, and Botox obviously,” she says.
She continued, “I have 400CC over the muscle because I had to begin with a moderate profile, and the only thing I have had done is the girls’ [breast augmentation].” Before I started getting my nose job, which was about two years ago, I actually had to have all of my filler removed.
The caption for Kate’s post read, “Every time, I’m open to post more before pictures too!” Following Liam Payne’s death, Kate is said to be ready to find love once more.
In Buenos Aires, Argentina, Liam fell from a hotel balcony in 2024, killing him. Alcohol, cocaine, and a prescription antidepressant were discovered in his system shortly after, according to a toxicology report.
