Following a battle with breast cancer, Larry Park Lincoln passed away at the age of 63. The actress from Friday the 13th and Knots Landing quickly established herself as a household name.
Actors Audition Studios, a business she founded in her hometown of Dallas, Texas, made the announcement that she had passed away. The company paid tribute to Lar, who passed away on April 22nd, in a lengthy statement.
Lar Park Lincoln, the celebrated actress, founder of Actors Audition Studios, and America’s beloved Audition Coach, passed away on April 22, 2025, according to a Facebook statement. Through her incisive acting and dedication to mentoring aspiring actors, Lar left an unverified mark on Hollywood over her 45-year career.
Lar, a Dallas-based businessman, co-authored Get Started, Not Scammed and founded Actors Audition Studios. Her iconic five-year role as Michele Lee and William Devane’s wife in Children of the Night, as well as her iconic role as a duo on Knots Landing, along with Kathleen Quinlan and Mario Van Peebles, are her television legacy. She also appeared on television alongside luminaries Christina Applegate, Angela Lansbury, and Michael Landon.
On the hit television series Knots Landing, Lar portrayed Linda Fairgate alongside Nicolette Sheridan’s on-screen rival Paige Matheson. Lar, who was portrayed in Friday the 13th Part VII as the telekinetic “scream queen,” was quoted as saying in her accomplishments.
The family is grateful for the love that permeated Lar’s four-decade career and requests privacy during this time. Donations may be made to The SAG-AFTRA Foundation or The Entertainment Community Fund in lieu of flowers.

Prior to his passing in 2015, Lar was married to her 14-year-old husband, Michael, until he passed away from cancer at the age of 43. Additionally, she is married to her sister, brother, four grandchildren, Aura, Benjamin, Jack, and Mia Grace, as well as her son, Trevor, and daughter Piper. She also leaves her dog, Charlie, behind.
Lar was born Laurie Jill Park, and she had already made a decision to pursue acting. She started out in modeling, but she “always had her eye on acting” and “taught herself to improve her acting abilities.”
