Before she married soldier, Scott, Kym had been dating fellow soap star, Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas. The pair married in 2012, but they sadly split up just two years later.

She had previously tied the knot with Jack Ryder, the star of EastEnders. When he and Kym met in a canteen at the BBC, they soon became friends, and Kym was collaborating with the pop group Hear ‘Say on Top of the Pops.

The couple tied the knot just one year later, in 2002, when they performed their “I do’s” in front of St. Alban’s Parish Church friends. Before it became clear that they had separated and were to divorce, the marriage lasted for six years. The couple finally made the announcement that their formal separation had been finalized more than a year later.
