Kings of Leon’s upcoming UK and European shows have been forced to be canceled. Caleb Followill, the singer who revealed he had a serious injury, addressed a moving message to the band’s fans.
Hello to everyone out there, especially our European fans who are gearing up to see us this summer, frontman Caleb said. Unfortunately, I regret to let you know that those shows were forced to be canceled due to a bizarre accident that occurred earlier.
He said, “I broke my foot pretty badly playing with my kids.” I won’t go into all the details, but it was pretty gnarly. I had the honor of receiving emergency surgery from some excellent doctors here in Nashville.
The singer continued, “I’m on the mend, but they told me I won’t be walking or traveling for the next eight weeks or so.” We were so excited, because it is such a big bummer. We were getting ready for a while.
While I’m under these constraints, Caleb continued, “We are going to do whatever it takes.” Expect exciting things. I am aware that this is not the message I want to be sending and that people don’t want to hear it.
Before stepping foot in a sizable cast, he finished his message, “Wish us luck.”
At both Portsmouth’s Victorious Festival and Newcastle’s Come Together Festival, Kings of Leon were scheduled to perform. Additionally, they were scheduled to perform at the Cardiff and Lancashire’s Lytham Festivals.
Paris, Madrid, and Lisbon were other European cities where there were other events.
The American rock band, which includes cousin Marrow Followill and brothers Caleb, Jared, and Nathan Followill, were in the UK for an arena tour.

Since 2003, they have been a top-shelf on the UK music scene with their six albums and the enormous success of their 2008 single Sex on Fire.
The band made hints about an unanticipated feud with fellow American band The Killers during their previous appearance in the UK. They have been around since 2004, and each of their seven albums has reached Number one in the UK. However, they have never been at the top of the charts.
On The One Show, Caleb and Jared unintentionally attacked their fellow Americans, bringing up the possibility of a secret feud.
Jared told hosts Alex Jones and Roman Kemp, who aren’t fans, that he occasionally tests out new material on unsuspecting members of the public when asked if they ever play unreleased tracks to fans before the release date.
You can’t let the cat out of the bag too much, he said. So I’ll sneak it on somewhere, like an Uber or a party or something. You simply play a new song while the aux is on. And it’s a good way to acquire intelligence from the ground.
The musician then moaned, “Maybe that was us. If they think it’s good, I’ll tell them later. ” And I’ll let them know it’s the new Killers song if they don’t like it.
