Kim Kardashian has left fans stunned with her latest Instagram post, where she shared images of unusual beauty treatments she tried while on holiday in South Korea.

The 44-year-old reality TV star was joined by her sister Khloe Kardashian and friends including La La Anthony and Stephanie Shepherd for the trip.

In other photos, Kim was seen applying Band-Aids to her eyebrows, which suggested she may have been dyeing them. She had a white substance on her face, likely from a specialty facial, in two more images.
