Despite having access to photos of her gym transformation, Khloé Kardashian has spoken about her weight-loss journey despite allegations that she had used medication to aid her progress over the years.
Khloé Kardashian spoke about her major transformation after changing her whole life. The reality star who found fame on Keeping Up With The Kardashians has been documenting her journey on social media, which involves gruelling gym workouts and a complete overhaul of her diet.
The 40-year-old admits she was more confident when she was in her early career because of how she looked. Khloé claims that some people have labeled her as “gross” because of her recent appearance. Khloé’s weight loss is thought to be about 40 pounds.
In the most recent episode of her podcast, the mother-of-two said, “The bigger I was, I was way more confident. Khloé continued, “I think because, like, what are you going to say about me,” adding that she has since established herself as a philanthropist and businesswoman. You’re going to say everything, I’m sure of it. I would experience days when I would feel depressed and all of that.
She continued, “When I started my fitness journey and, like, becoming in shape, I felt like I had to keep this up, even if it wasn’t for me.” Everyone is anticipating that, so I was like, “Well, I can’t get fat again.”
Khloé continued, “It was also a different kind of attention I was getting now. And then, as I grew older, I realized, “Wait, this is disgusting.” I detested the fact that my appearance was getting more attention. Khloé once said, “With ages comes wisdom,” before saying, “I’m never going to make people happy because I was once bigger, I was thinner, and I had the same number of people, but from different ends.”
Khloé has been called a “traitor” since losing weight, told she is no longer herself, and called “not funny anymore.” The Good American founder retorted at her critics, saying, “I just aesthetically look a little different, or a lot different, whatever you want to say.”
Khloé shared a number of bikini snaps with her social media fans earlier this year, which received cruel reactions from users. One person reportedly said, “Make Khloé thick again.”
Another poem was written, “Thin Khloe, and I mean that. My favorite was her. Third person expressed sadness over the loss of those seductive curves. However, Khloé has furiously denied using any medication, including the diabetes drug Ozempic, for her weight loss.
Ozempic is not approved for weight loss, but it should only be used by people with diabetes to reduce their symptoms. Khloé exercises for five days each week. On her fifth day, she chooses a specific cardio or Pilates exercise after four days of exercise with her personal trainer. The 5ft10 star previously stated that she “does circuit training with cardio intervals, so I’m constantly spiking my heart rate up and down.”
Khloé has also previously stated in the past that she had spent “a lot” of her life being overweight and feared losing weight after the birth of True, her daughter. She stated on the SHE MD podcast that she spent a lot of her life being overweight. God help me lose weight. Years went by without me. I’ve always been athletic and chubby. I’ve always enjoyed sports. Simply put, I was never in shape.
When I delivered, I was 204 [14 stone, 5 lbs] and thought, “How am I going to do this again?” because the first time doing it took so long to complete. She continued, “She added, she later lost weight more quickly than she had anticipated. However, she benefits from more than just her exercise regimen.
Khloé consumes seven meals per day, compared to the average person who consumes three. After trying every diet on the market, she has gradually cut out “every soda.”
