After the glamour model made an open letter to Paul C. Brunson on his podcast, Kerry Katona has honest thoughts about Katie Price’s recent relationship issues.
Kerry Katona is giving her honest opinion on her bestfriend Katie Price’s podcast appearance where she detailed her upbringing, life in the spotlight, her marriage and split from Peter Andre and her relationship with JJ Slater.
Katie recently broken her silence on claims she’s split with her boyfriend, JJ Slater. The glamour icon, 46 and Married At First Sight star, 31, have been dating for more than a year, however fans thought the couple may have secretly called it a day after noticing the pair had not appeared on each other’s Instagram for a while as well as not spending Christmas together.
Speaking exclusively in her OK! column, Kerry said of Katie and JJ: “I haven’t heard it yet, but we did panto together and they always come to mine at Christmas. JJ’s a lovely guy — he’s really sweet.”
And I’ll always be able to support Katie. She has gone through a lot. I believe the saddest part is that women don’t give enough support to women. We ought to straighten each other’s crowns. Katie would never give up, but she does. She continues. She continues to fight, and it deserves praise.
Katie’s rep told the Mirror last week that the couple was still very close and “going on as usual.” The Pricey made a cryptic statement about her relationship on Married At First Sight’s most recent podcast, according to Married At First Sight’s founder Paul C. Brunson.
When Paul told her to feel “free” and “happy” with a partner, she responded, “I’ve never had that in any relationship.” none at all.
“And JJ, who is the most kind, sincere, outgoing, and chilled.” Do I feel most happy and content, though? No. Maybe that’s what I need to change for myself since it doesn’t reflect on him.
According to Paul, who is one of the Married At First Sight UK experts, you need some time to yourself because you have to experience freedom for yourself.
Katie said, “Freedom to me is like taking my kids to Thailand for a month, with just me and them.” We experienced freedom. Little life experiences, just small glimpses of things, and small adventures.
The OnlyFans star, who has three marriages, then said, “I just don’t want to answer anyone; I want them to fit in with me.”
She continued, “When you meet someone, it’s natural to want to be with them all the time,” in response to her concerns for her relationship with JJ. You’re with them forever, so why are the mistakes I’ve made in the past? Because I’ve never been out with someone who worked a nine to five job, it literally turns to 24/7.
They have always had a job where, I suppose, it’s adaptable that they take me. So, initially, that’s all right, but eventually you start to dislike them because you spend a lot of time with them, and you end up with them because you become so used to them that when you say, “I’m going to see a friend,” it doesn’t seem appropriate because you haven’t done it. I’m a little concerned that JJ and I have something like that.
In her most recent podcast with her sister Sophie, Katie admitted that the reality star was “The One” despite her reservations about spending too much time with JJ.
The couple’s relationship hasn’t always been smooth, though, as his future brother-in-law took a rough ride from him. The former Married at First Sight contestant. married to Sophie Brooks, Katie’s sister.
After failing to connect with his telly bride, Bianca, in the family group chat, JJ, who had a crush on Ella Morgan, asked: “What… another one?”
