Kerry Katona has grown close with Paolo Margaglione after signing up to take part in the latest series of Celebs Go Dating, which is set to air on television very soon
Kerry Katona has confessed she’s gutted as she jets off on holiday without her new toy boy lover in tow.
Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry, 44, reportedly met personal trainer Paolo Margaglione, 33, on Channel 4 dating show Celebs Go Dating, which Kerry signed up to following her heartbreaking split from Ryan Mahoney.
Kerry has remained coy about her budding romance with Paolo. But, now she’s made a confession about Celebs Go Dating ahead of the new series airing. It comes as Kerry has reportedly taken a huge step in her romance with Paolo.

Writing in her OK! magazine column, Kerry revealed she’s ‘gutted’ as she jets of on a sun-soaked trip without her new beau in tow.
She said: “By the time you read this, I’ll be on holiday in Marbella. I’m going with Heidi, Max and DJ for a week of fun. It’ll be nice to have some time in the sun. My best friend Danielle Brown and her kids are going to join us for a few days, I can’t wait to catch up with her.
“It’s never really a break when I’m away with the kids, so I can’t say it’ll be relaxing, but I’m sure we’ll have a good time.
“I’ve got a few activities planned and I think we’ll meet up with Tony Bellew, so we should be busy. It means I’ll miss the first week of Celebs Go Dating, airing this week, which I’m gutted about, but I’ll catch up when I’m home – and I hope you all enjoy it.”
The new series of Celebs Go Dating starts on Monday, August 11 at 9pm on E4.
After jetting off to Spain, Kerry filmed herself in a video on her Instagram in which she declared: “Time to top up our tans and jump in the pool, we’re gonna have a great time – aren’t we kids?” One of her kids can be heard in the background before she joked: “Tell their faces that!”
Meanwhile, it’s been reported Kerry has moved in with her new man Paolo as their romance continues to blossom. But, while the star’s romance seems to be hotting up, she is yet to take the plunge and go Instagram official with Paolo.
A source claimed that, while they’re totally “smitten” with each other, Kerry is nervous about putting yet another relationship in the public eye.
“Kerry is being very cautious with this romance,” they told the Mirror. ‘She has been very wary about going public with Paolo and it impacting their relationship.
“She’s been down the route of high-profile, public relationships before and she doesn’t want anything to ruin things this time.”
Kerry and father-of-two Paolo, 33, are thought to have met during the new series of Celebs Go Dating.
However, Kerry has remained resolutely tight-lipped on her new relationship. The source added: “Kerry’s worries have caused some tense moments as she doesn’t want any exterior drama getting in the way.
“But Paolo isn’t overthinking it – he’s just really happy to be with her. He doesn’t see the problem and is telling her not to worry, they’re great together and should just enjoy what they’ve got.”
