A Pride organization attacked Katie Price after she pulled out of a upcoming event and released a vile statement in response.
A scathing statement has hit out at Katie Price after her last-minute cancellation of a fundraising event. The former glamour model, 47, had been booked to headline an afterparty event at Milton Keynes Pride Festival.
However, the organisers of MK Pride have said they were left less than impressed with their efforts to get the star turn to confirm her obligation. Instead, they have now released a damning message on social media. While insisting the event will still go ahead without the mum-of-five, the Facebook post hit out at Katie’s apparent “lack of accountability and professionalism”.
Taking to the platform, the statement read: “Milton Keynes Pride Festival is a not-for-profit organisation. The official afterparty was booked and promoted as a fundraising event, with Katie Price contracted as the headline performer.

Her management has confirmed that she will not be honoring her booking despite repeated attempts to contact her to fulfill this agreement. We have no control over this decision, which was made on short notice.
The organization continued, “We are committed to transparency as a Pride organization. In order to put this in context, Ms. Price’s approach to her professional commitments has already been covered extensively in media reports.
“While our country has always supported her, it is regrettable that no one has given her the same amount of support.” We feel sorry for the community’s disappointment when she refuses to fulfill her obligations to a charitable Pride event.
As they sought a replacement, the organizers remained open to the audience’s requests for patience. They also confirmed that Katie’s withdrawal won’t bring the afterparty to a halt.
The statement continued, “We are currently looking for a replacement for Katie Price, and the afterparty will continue as planned at Pink Punters.” Please allow us to finish this in a few hours, and we’ll make an announcement right away.
“All ticket holders are encouraged to retain their tickets in support of the main Milton Keynes Pride Festival remaining free for all to attend. However, if they wish to refund their tickets, we will be in direct contact with all ticket holders to arrange this process. “MK Pride will still operate the dedicated coaches from Campbell Park to Pink Punters, as an additional offering to ensure our community can continue Pride celebrations together.
“Milton Keynes Pride is always fully committed to providing an inclusive, safe, and unforgettable celebration for our community, despite this situation being entirely out of our control,” said the mayor.
A representative for Katie told the Mirror: “Katie is disappointed not to be appearing at the Milton Keynes Pride afterparty due to unforeseen filming commitments. She has great respect for Pride events and the LGBTQ+ community and wishes Milton Keynes Pride every success with their celebrations.”
The news comes as Katie gets ready to release new music. She revealed she has been back in the studio writing new music before her sudden chart success with 2017 track I Got U.
And she has confirmed she is set to release a brand-new track with an X Factor legend writing the track. Former contestant Craig Colton is the man behind Katie’s new track as she continues her dream move.
