The personal trainer has denied the allegations through a legal representative who has been charged with raping and sexually assaulting a girl who was 13 at the time.

Katie Price’s ex-husband Kieran Hayler has been charged with three counts of rape and one of sexual assault against a girl who was 13 at the time the offences are alleged to have taken place.

The personal trainer, who denies the accusations, is said to have carried out the crimes between June and October 2016. He was still married to Price, a former glamour model, at the time. The accused victim is not a member of Hayler or Price’s extended families.

Kieran Hayler, 38, of Northchapel, West Sussex, has been charged with three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl, according to a statement from Sussex Police this evening.

The crimes are said to have occurred between June 1 and October 13 at a West Sussex address. Hayler is still being investigated and will make an appearance in court on November 19 in Crawley. As our inquiries continue, the girl has received support from specially trained officers despite the girl’s legal status.

A lawyer’s representative has refuted the allegations made by Hayler on his behalf, but he has not commented. They asserted that “Kieran Hayler firmly refutes all allegations made against him.”

Mr. Hayler is fully engaged, has cooperated with the police throughout the investigation, and will continue to do so. He anticipates that his name will be cleared, believing in the court system.

Hayler was last seen in public earlier this month at an event at Tulleys Farm Shocktober.
