Katie Price has further fuelled rumours of a split with JJ Slater after posting a video on YouTube about her goals for 2026 – but fails to mention him at all in her upcoming plans for the new year
Katie Price has broken her silence after her split from Married At First Sight star JJ Slater was revealed. In a new video on her YouTube channel, the 47 year old TV personality posted a video to see in the new year, where she spoke about what she intended to focus on for 2026.
Listing all the important areas in her life, the reality TV star failed to mention JJ in the 18 minute video, leaving many believing the split rumours to be true. The video starts off with Katie and her son Harvey and it then goes on to her and Princess as she gets ready to make her way out of the house.
However, JJ does feature briefly in the vlog as he’s seen in the background looking at his phone. And at another point in the video, he is seen helping Harvey into the car, while in the Isle of Wight. However, the footage seems to have been captured before New Year’s Eve and, therefore, before their reported break-up.

Meanwhile, towards the end of the clip, she is seen speaking to the camera about her thoughts for the new year and hints that she has faced private “hiccups.” In the video, she said: “nothing else in my life that I haven’t already been through, I could go through again. In other words, there’s no more sh** that can happen in my life that I haven’t already gone through. It’s all positive energy.”
She added: “I am the best version I could ever be. And if there’s anyone who has started the New Year not so positive, still a bit down, just remember I’m a survivor, you can be a survivor. The only way is up when you hit rock bottom. So everyday be grateful that you’ve woken up, you’re still here and try and be the best version of yourself you can.”
And it was at this point Katie hinted at problems she privately had to deal with. She continued: “2025, privately, there’s been some hiccups, workwise it’s been fantastic. I done my tour, I done my music, I’ve moved to a beautiful house, so everything’s good. Obviously, everyone in life they’re going to have ups and downs that’s just natural. Nothing is ever perfect and I wouldn’t want everything to be perfect but no, this is my year.”
The video then goes on to Katie using the analogy of a pie chart of how she wants her life to be. She said: “Music oh my god yea, the music. Do more stuff with Princess, Junior. Imagine like I’ve always said a pie chart, a circle. And in that circle it’s 100% and you mark out the percentage of how you want your life to be.”
She added: “Like do you want 50% of it to be work then have little quarters of holidays, self care, family, hobbies? For me I want to make it equal in all of those areas. That’s what’s important to me because you never know when it’s your last day.”
And when asked what her plans are for this year, she listed a number of things that did not include her relationship. She went on to say: “2026, music tour, podcast tour, me and Kerry doing another tour. I’ve got these TV stuff that I have been starting last year that comes out this year. That takes up most of the year. Lots of riding, want to compete, getting fit and dunno, I might change my hair colour.”
It comes after a source told the Mirror: “This has been on the cards for a long time. Katie was pushing for marriage and security but JJ had checked out. The age gap didn’t matter at the start but the cracks started to appear and her urgency for another baby and for a wedding put a lot of pressure on him.
“She’s fixated on being with someone and being in a long, stable relationship so in the end she was like, ‘Right, you either marry me, or you don’t. It was all or nothing. JJ wasn’t up for all the drama that comes with being with Katie Price and he got cold feet.”
