Kate Lawler has said that she is “getting help” while she gave her fans an update on her recent health battle. The Big Brother winner opened up recently in an interview about how she is struggling with perimenopause.
The ITV presenter thanked her followers for showing their support since the interview as well as explaining what her next steps are from here. She uploaded a video to her Instagram page where she said how she has been feeling.
Kate expressed her shock at how many people have contacted her in the interim. The transitional period leading up to menopause is characterized by irregular periods and signs like hot flushes, mood swings, and sleep disturbances as a result of fluctuating and declining hormone levels.

Kate stated in a video that many people saw on social media about how depressed and depressed she felt. I find it hard to believe how many people have emailed and expressed gratitude.
