Rapper Kanye West reacted in a worrying manner after being stopped by a TikToker Mystery Fashionist for an interview in Japan, which has piqued the interest of his fans.
Kanye West’s fans are concerned that he expressed regret for taking a chance on life, which sparked controversy.
The rapper, 48, took part in a brief street interview with Mystery Fashionist, a TikTok account with nearly 300,000 followers, in Japan. After introducing himself as “Ye from Chi” – in reference to Chicago, where he grew up – he was asked to rate his outfit and to describe it.
As he pointed to his original Yeezy 950 boots, Ye said, “It’s always 10/10,” adding that he had purchased the rest of his clothing from a pop-up he had earlier in the day, which included a pair of jeans, a matching shirt, and a leather jacket. A serious-looking Ye responded, “Life,” after a brief pause. The interview ended there. One user wrote, “He look different, but he looks different,” and fans flooded the TikTok post with angry comments. Another wrote, “Why does he sound so depressed, bro?” “Ye tired man,” another word was added.

He don’t even sound the same, a fan wrote. “Life,” another person said. He isn’t lying, lol. It’s “it’s rough out here!” Another TikTok user remarked, “Always a 10/10 man sounded like old YE for a brief moment.”
“Sending ye love & healing,” one more wrote. “I almost thought this ain’t Ye until he answered ‘Life,'” a fan added. It isn’t the first time Kanye has made his fans worried, with some of his outbursts including rants against his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian and her own dating life and parenting styles, controversial music and anti-Semitic remarks.
With a recent list of allegedly harsh rules he allegedly has for his wife, Bianca Censori, which covers everything from her diet and exercise regimens to whether she can get tattoos or a tan, and being exposed, there have also been concerns about how his relationship with his wife works. Kim’s open letter to her father, who is the father of her four children, led to the rapper’s sad admission.
The reality TV star claimed that Ye’s marriage to her was the “final straw” because she was feeling “emotionally and financially unsecure during an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast. The socialite, 44, described how she was constantly agitated because of Kanye’s unpredictable behavior, including allegedly dispensing five of their Lamborghinis during a mental health “episode.”
Kim filed for divorce in 2022 because she was so worried. The mother-of-four said on the podcast, “You never know what you’re going to get when you wake up, and that’s a really unsettling feeling.” Kim claimed that her decision to end her marriage was ultimately down to a “lack of stability” and that Alex Cooper was the “final straw.”
Despite their divorce, she and Kanye, 48, still have four children: North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, six. They also have four children. The musician’s “airing out a lot of personal stuff,” which refers to the time he publicly revealed the pair had considered having an abortion after having their first child, also strained Kim and Kanye’s relationship.
