Junior Andre, whose parents are Peter Andre and Katie Price, has grown up firmly in the spotlight – and as he could be ready to follow in their footsteps by taking part in I’m A Celebrity
Growing up firmly in the spotlight, Junior Andre is used to having eyes on him. But it might not be too long until he reaches a whole new audience – if he ends up where he hopes to – in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
As the chatty 20-year-old tells us in an exclusive interview,he’s keen to follow in the footsteps of his dad, singerand actor Peter Andre, and mum Katie Price – who both famously fell in love in camp back in 2004. Katie, who was then known as glamour model Jordan, and Peter married the following year but divorced in 2009.
Now Junior is keen for his sister, Princess, 18, to take part in the show with him, and says that if the call ever came, not even the idea of chowing down on animal’s unmentionables would put him off.

Asked about heading Down Under one day, Junior says, “It’s such a great show. They were actually a really good bunch to watch this year. Often there’s a bit of beef, a few arguments when they get hungry, but there was none of that this time. There were some great campmates. Angry Ginge totally smashed it. It was a proper series.”
He adds, “Obviously, me and my sister come from the jungle! It’s mad, we’re the only kids that have actually come from I’m A Celebrity. Would we do it? I think so, yeah, it’s just in our blood that we would have to do it, if we were asked. We could do it together!”
Junior believes it was “written in the stars” for the siblings to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into jungle life at some point in the future – but he has his reservations.
“Don’t get me wrong, there are tasks that would scare the life out of me. I am going to try my best to not tell anyone my deepest darkest fears, just in case I do get the chance one day! But some of the stuff they have to do is just ridiculous.
“I don’t know how they do it!“I would not make it look that easy. I’m not even being dramatic, but I would actually be sick after some of those challenges. I don’t know how long I would last but it would be such a great experience.”
Junior is clearly not at all fazed by being in the spotlight, as he prepares to go front and centre presenting the 2026 UK Top Influencer Awards in May of this year. He’s signed up to host alongside his influencer girlfriend Jasmine Orr in their first joint gig. The star-studded event has been billed as the country’s biggest celebration of social media stars and digital talent.
But taking the reins at the black-tie bash in Newcastle with his other half – who has appeared on Celebs Go Dating – is water off a duck’s back for Junior, it would seem.
“It’s the first time I’ve done something like this and it’ll be good for me to do, it’s more experience and presenting is something that I enjoy,” he explains enthusiastically. “Having that experience of crowds at my gigs should help – it’s going to be fantastic. Presenting is a very different thing to performing – it’s more formal. Performing, you can dance, sing and move around.
“Presenting there’s less movement, it’s more serious but you’re still having a laugh.I think I’ll make it enjoyable and hopefully people will have a really good time on the night. I’ve seen my dad do it, so I kind of know what to expect. I’m excited.”
Life is moving quickly for Junior, and things are in such a great place with Jasmine, he admits, that they spent all of Christmas together. Junior is loving her bond with his mum Katie, and says they get on so well that they’re now even enjoying pamper sessions together.
“I’ve never been in a proper, serious relationship, and not one where we’ve spent Christmas Day together so that is special.“I’m also finding out what growing up is all about! The bills, the living costs, running a car, how much you spend on presents! With so many siblings, I always get everyone something,” he adds, laughing.
“They all get on so well with Jas. It’s obviously very helpful when your parents really like your partner, it helps so much.Jas gets on so well with my mum – they’ve been doing all the girly stuff together, getting their hair and nails done, it’s great. Princess loves her too.”
Junior clearly adores his family – do he and Jasmine ever talk about beginning a family of their own one day? You know, I’m in love. I am riding a wave of love,” smiles Junior.“I’m not putting any pressure on myself, there’s none needed, really. That’s the way I see it.
“As long as I’m in love, I’m in love, and that’s how it is. Who knows what the future holds? But I’m just rolling with it and enjoying being in such a great relationship.”
At just 20, Junior in no hurry to have a baby, but what about his famous dad Peter? The father-of-five, 52, has previously said they’re not ruling out baby number six – but it looks like that may have changed.
“I don’t know what he’s got left in his, erm, locker!” he giggles. “You know what I mean! After Arabella, I think that’s enough. He’s such a great dad and loves it, but he’s satisfied now. I think he has actually now clarified that’s it. Plus, I can’t buy anymore Christmas presents for anyone, enough’s enough!
“I’m here, 20 years of age, paying bills and all of this. I am living like I’m a 35-year-old man! I wish they taught me all this at school, budgeting and bills, all of it. It’s tough.”
Junior has been busy with his sister Princess filming the second series of The Princess Diaries. She never imagined it would gain a staggering 93 million streams but her brother knew it would be big – and says he’s “even more involved” in the upcoming season.
As for the year ahead, amid rumours that Junior has been approached by BBC bosses for his own reality show, he says, “I think naturally, as I get older, I’m going to want to do different things and be my own person. Hopefully, new opportunities will come forward for me to carve out my own career for myself.
“It’s the same with Princess. We’re currently filming season two and you’re going to get even more of an insight into our lives. You get to see a bit more of me, too! Not all brothers and sisters get on so well and we’re just pleased that the first series got such good feedback.”
Does Junior think they will do a joint project one day? “Well, she’s got things going on and I’ve got things going on. She and I are always going to be a big part of each other’s lives, because we’re travelling siblings.
.“We’re always going to be there to support each other. If I have my own thing going on, she’s just naturally going to be involved in some way, and vice versa.“I think it’s great because we’ve grown up together. We’re now pursuing our own paths – but we’re still so close.”
