Shortly after the pair revealed that their daughter had been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1, jesy Nelson reportedly broke up with her fiance Zion Foster.

Jesy Nelson and her rapper fiancé Zion Foster have reportedly split after four years, just weeks after the Little Mix star opened up about their twin daughters’ rare genetic condition. However, it appears that the 34-year-old singer may have hinted at their break-up earlier this month.

After a dramatic premature birth, the couple gave birth to twin daughters, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, who spent weeks in intensive care. The twins’ parents were informed earlier this month of their diagnosis with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a rare genetic condition that permanently destroys the body’s muscles.

Jesy appeared on This Morning on 7 January to raise awareness of the condition, telling viewers: “Story has to be on a breathing machine at night because she isn’t strong enough to breathe by herself at night. They have to have Cough Assist machines to help them cough, I have to put feeding tubes down their nose to get secretions off their chest.

Within a few days of receiving their diagnosis, I must have learned this. You have to deal with a lot while trying to deal with this horrible situation that has just occurred.

During her This Morning appearance, Jesy wasn’t wearing her engagement ring – possibly hinting that the rocky time in her relationship with Zion. Zion proposed to Jesy in September last year, with Jesy flashing a dazzling engagement ring at the time.

According to reports, the pair’s relationship has ended and Story and Ocean’s care is at the top of their priority list. She and Zion are still friends and have their daughters in mind, according to a source.

They “are completely co-parenting together,” the statement read. The well-being of their daughters is still top of their list of priorities.

At the weekend, Zion shared a moving poem about their twins, calling them “two little warriors” as they battle the disease. Posting the poem to Instagram, he wrote: “They said it’s unlikely you’ll walk, you may not be able to talk, probably won’t be able to hold your head up.

That is what Jesy and I both heard. Doctors only measure what they can measure, and it became so obvious as a result. What’s the matter then? Two young warrior girls who already know how to fight, you always seem to have strength in your lungs when you cry. Sincerely, the milestones are not my concern. doesn’t make life look different. My concern is more profound and quiet.

He added that, regardless of what the future holds, accepting “and” loving “them as they are now” is his concern.

Jesy also shared an update on the twins, posting a photograph of herself with them on a winter walk.
