Jamie Laing’s ex-girlfriend Frankie Gaff has announced that she is expecting her second child.
The former Made in Chelsea star, whose storylines on the Channel 4 show surrounded the never-ending drama in her relationship with Jamie, took to Instagram to share the happy news.
Frankie, 31, shared a series of adorable photos of her fiance Jamie Dickerson and their son Theo, three, as he proudly held up a positive pregnancy test as she rested a hand on her bump. Other photos showed Theo kissing her bump as they enjoyed a day out at the beach.
Fellow Made in Chelsea star Tiffany Watson was one of many to flock to the comments to congratulate Frankie, writing: “Yay!! so excited”. While another wrote: “Been waiting for this … the signs have been there a while … absolutely brilliant news! Sooooo lush x”.
The happy news comes just weeks after her partner’s romantic proposal during a sun-soaked familyu holiday in Portugal.
Former E4 star Frankie, 30, keeps her relationship mostly private, and it’s not known exactly when she got together with businessman Jamie, but he first appeared on her Instagram in November 2020. The pair welcomed their baby in 2021, with Frankie sharing her motherhood journey with her 295, 000 Instagram followers.
To announce their engagement, the former reality star posted a series of adorable images from their trip to the continent. She wrote: “The biggest surprise on our holiday”.
The first snap showed the blonde content creator beaming on the beach, holding up her ring finger to showcase her stunning diamond ring. The sun-kissed photo saw her wear a striped red and white frilled dress, while another showed her still amazed at the shock proposal – she held her ring up while cuddling her toddler.
A black and white photo showed the pair basking in their engagement, Frankie draping an arm lovingly over her new fiancé. A third showed her partner holding her hand while sticking his tongue out.
Although Frankie has finally found her happily-ever-after, her love life hasn’t always been so smooth, with her tumultuous relationship with Jamie Laing documented on Made in Chelsea. Frankie first joined the MiC cast in 2016 after having an off-off fling with Jamie, who is now a property developer.
Before they called it quits in 2017, Frankie never made a second appearance on the show. Their relationship went through many ups and downs. Sophie Habboo and Jamie have already started dating; they were married in April 2023.
The star, who was seen on Made in Chelsea, tweeted: “Wow, how boring are we, sitting in various cafes over London talking about boring boy bulls***, as if that’s all there is to us.” The actress appeared to have been ready to leave the show.
After quitting reality TV, Frankie concentrated on starting her home design and development business, explaining in a social media Q&, “I decided to start the group because I like interiors and am currently working on a joint first project, and I wanted to document the entire process.
