Just before she passed away in March 2009, Jack Tweed and Jade Goody got married on the banks of the Thames. Following the tragedy, the TV personality’s finances suffered a major blow.

Jade Goody’s widower has demanded to know what happened to the TV personality’s £200,000 ring and houses she had bought for her sons.

Jack Tweed, who married Jade weeks before she died of cancer in March 2009, said he is “sad” to see the 27-year-old star’s impressive fortune seemingly vanish since then. Jade had worked work throughout her treatment for cervical cancer to reportedly be able to leave £3million for sons Bobby and Freddy Brazier in a trust fund.

However, it has been claimed that the boys, who were then five and four, did not receive full benefits. Jade and Jack started dating each other in 2006, and Jack today declared, “I don’t know what happened at all.” There was a lot of money there, along with a ton of jewelry, which someone had. Around 200 or something was one of the rings.

“It’s sad. I’ve been told that she had a few homes, some of which were for Bobby and Freddy when they were 18 years old, and some of them never came. “

Jack claims Prince Azim of Brunei gave Jade the £200,000 ring but Jack told the Daily Mail he didn’t concern himself with Jade’s finances before she died, confirming she left the matter to trustees. There is no suggestion that any wrongdoing has occurred with Jade’s finances.

I didn’t want to get involved in any of that at the time… One more thing, I wanted to know for sure that Jade would pass away. I didn’t want to even talk about it because I always believed she would just pass it by, so I didn’t want to talk about it,” Jack continued.

“And it wasn’t really me, it was Jade’s money, wasn’t it, so it wasn’t anything to do with me,” Jade said. I have no idea what actually happened. “

Two years after Jade’s passing, it was reported her £3million estate had taken a huge hit due to a £1.8million tax bill – allegedly as a result of four years worth of unpaid income tax. Her sons’ father Jeff Brazier later claimed there were later more tax issues related to her beauty salon in Essex.

Concerns around Jade’s finances have come to light again recently as Freddy, who turns 21 this month, prepares to become a father at that tender age. Reflecting on this, Jack said: “I’m pleased for him… I’m hoping – along with everyone else – that it might do him the world of good. It makes you grow up..”

Freddy recently told how he has battled addiction in his teens. He alleged his nan Jackiey Budden – Jade’s mother – was the one who got him “hooked” on drugs at the age of just 12.
