As Dan Osborne, the husband of The Only Way Is Essex, prepared to launch his new tanning salon business, EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa showed her support for the couple.
Jacqueline Jossa has thrown her support behind her husband Dan Osborne as he launched a new business – weeks after fears their marriage was on the rocks. The former EastEnders star, 32, has been married to ex-Towie star Dan, 34, since 2017 and together they are parents to two.
It was suggested earlier this year that Jac and Dan’s union was in trouble and headed for disaster. However, there were indications that the couple was going through them in April, and a “make or break” vacation gave the impression that they were still together.
Jacqueline, the wife of soap, showed her support for the new business venture as she arrived over the weekend at the launch of her husband’s. In Benfleet, Essex, Dan opened a new tanning salon called Paradise.
Over the weekend, the couple were spotted there, with Jac sporting a t-shirt with the name of the new store on the back. Dan teased the official opening day while sharing highlights from a launch event.
Sharing photos and video footage on Instagram, he wrote: “Thank you to everyone that came down today for our opening party of @paradiseinbenfleet We will be finally opening Wednesday 2nd July been a long time coming.”
Jacqueline responded to the post by quoting “Congratulations” alongside an enthralling emoji. Dan’s post caused many other people to respond with additional congratulations messages.
Over the course of their 12-year romance, Jacqueline and Dan have weathered many storms. They first met at an awards ceremony in 2013 and soon started dating.
Ella, their daughter, was born in February 2015, and they made the announcement that they would have their first child together the following year. The pair revealed their engagement four months later, in June 2015.
Dan shared the news with a social media post explaining he got down on one knee during a trip to Greece. He shared at the time: “She said YES!!! I am the luckiest man in the world to be marrying the woman of my dreams.”
The couple tied the knot in June 2017 and announced that they would have a second child in January 2018. However, they had their first bump in May of that year, according to reports that claimed Jac and Jac had broken up while they were still expecting.
Second daughter Mia arrived in June 2018, and it was revealed that they had reconciled in October that year, only for Dan to face several accusations that he had been unfaithful in 2019.
The couple managed to stay close throughout their marriage despite being repeatedly accused of having problems. However, there were rumors that they had broken up and were selling their family home at the beginning of this year.
In the end, Dan and Jacqueline refuted the accusations, but rumors in March claimed Dan had left. They rekindled their romance in April when they took a “make or break” vacation to Mexico.
Dan and Jac appeared to be getting along well, according to a fellow traveler who said: “They looked like any typical couple. A few British tourists were present at the resort, but no one recognized them, leaving them to themselves for a while and pass the time.
