Zara McDermott, a former Love Island star, and Louis Tomlinson, a member of One Direction, are currently dating.
Zara McDermott and Sam Thompson were one of the UK’s most known couples but what once seemed like a fairy tale romance that had fans anticipating wedding bells came to an end last year, when the couple called time on their five-year relationship.
The former Love Island star, 28 and Made in Chelsea Sam, 32, first connected in 2019, with Sam revealing how their romance began: “She slid into my DMs.” After making things Instagram official, Zara later joined the Made in Chelsea cast.
However, their relationship wasn’t without its challenges, as the pair temporarily separated after Zara confessed to being unfaithful during her time on The X Factor: Celebrity 2019.
On Made in Chelsea, they had a heart-wrenching moment in which Zara pleaded with Sam for another chance on a park bench. They reconnected after a separation, and by December 2020, they had publicly stated that they were continuing their relationship.
Regrettably, the pair announced their breakup last December following a five-year romance. The couple has since moved on and are starting new relationships, despite keeping their secrets about what caused their breakup.
At the start of the year Zara and One Direction star Louis Tomlinson began dating just weeks after she split from Sam. The couple often keep their relationship away from the public eye however last week Zara shared a rare glimpse into her romance.
The actress and his sister Lottie spent a cozy weekend away with Louis for her 29th birthday. The final year of my 20s, Zara wrote in a love-up selfie with Louis at the time, “The best birthday ever with you and me!” “!
Sam’s new relationship was revealed to the public at the beginning of December. After dating for months, Sam’s friend and business partner Reza Amiri-Garroussi and successful London DJ Talitha, 25, made Sam’s decision to date the couple.
Zara’s friends have since broken their silence on her split from Sam Thompson, and they’re not holding back. It was at the time, photographs of Zara and Louis made headlines and Sam seemed to take a swipe at his ex-girlfriend during an intimate conversation with dating expert Paul C Brunson on his podcast Staying Relevant.
