Elumelu, Africa’s most prominent proponent of entrepreneurship and the founder of the Foundation, which has supported, mentored, and trained over 25,000 African entrepreneurs since 2015, argues that entrepreneurship is the engine behind Africa’s economic transformation.

Elumelu, a self-made entrepreneur, believes that Africa’s private sector can and must play a leading role in the continent’s development by investing in social and economic value over the long term. This is why he embraces entrepreneurship.

Elumelu will play a key role in shaping Africa’s future economic policy.
