I would wait for the dopamine instead of visiting a hospital. I used to work constantly and override it before I would become extremely ill. The tipping point is typically known to me. I missed it, however, this time.

The husband of Kelly Brook, a celeb star, has described how difficult it is for his wife to cry in the jungle.
We spend most of our time together, so I knew the distance would be difficult, but it’s definitely tougher than I could have ever imagined, he said. “Seeing Kelly tear up was really tough to watch,” he said.
