Posh Spice, who was accused of dancing “inappropriately” with her son, has been defended by a guest at Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding reception.
A guest at Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding last night defended Victoria Beckham from allegations of dirty dancing, saying: “She was a bit wooden…but not sleazy.” But the partygoer told the Mirror they found her dancing antics at the reception “a bit cringe-worthy”.
They claimed that it was inappropriate because it appeared to be about the bride rather than the bride. There was no grinding, in our opinion. However, the performance was a little stiff and awkward.
Brooklyn caused a sensation after accusing Victoria of hijacking his first dance to a live song. He said: “She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life.” His comments have seen her ridiculed on social media, and the subject of countless memes. There was speculation that she was even “grinding” on Brooklyn, and Stavros Agapiou, who was at the Florida bash with Fat Tony, backed up Brooklyn’s account.
He later deleted the post and wrote, “Good on him for finally speaking out,” as he previously claimed on social media. Beckhams’ family has denied that her dancing was inappropriate or even cringe-worthy.

But a guest said: “It did rather feel like the Beckham show. Marc Anthony had been praising Victoria in between songs, and then you had her go up on the dance floor for this moment. It was a bit much, and Nicola didn’t appear happy.” Brooklyn claimed that in front of 500 wedding guests “Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead.”
He then added: “We wanted to renew our vows so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarrassment.” Last night Fat Tony, who performed at the wedding, joked about her wedding dance being like an embarrassing scene in BBC sit-com ‘Motherland’. In it Amanda – played by Lucy Punch – dances to the Lil’ Kleine and Ronnie Flex track ‘Drank & Drugs’ in front of her stunned school mum friends. He shared the video of the dance with the words “Actual video footage it’s true I was there!”
No one could film the event because the 500 wedding guests had to hand in their phones. The official videographer reportedly captured only one video of the dance, which is believed to be present. Although it is thought to be in Brooklyn’s possession, insiders say it’s unlikely that he will ever release it.
The Mirror revealed yesterday how Brooklyn vowed to protect his wife Nicola after a barrage of attacks, telling her: “This ends now.” The 26-year-old released his incendiary statement after being left furious on Sunday morning by media reports.
Despite claiming to want peace with his family, he was still “incandescent” in one story where he was accused of driving the conflict by Nicola. He initially believed the abuse toward his wife would never end until he made a statement in his own words. He had stopped believing in lies, and he had not changed his mind. and neither did anyone desire. He vowed to end the bull**** that his parents, he claimed, are responsible for. Less than 24 hours later, Brooklyn released the statement on Monday that shocked the Beckhams. He claimed they had ruled over him his entire life and even hadruined his wedding.
Brooklyn asserted that he was speaking out against the lies his parents had been “holding back” in an effort to “maintain their own facade”. For the World Economic Forum, Dad David has visited Davos.
