Hulk Hogan, a WWE icon, “got tired easily” in his final weeks at the age of 71 at his Florida home.
Hulk Hogan ‘got tired easily’ in his final weeks as a close friend detailed the WWE icon’s health before his death aged 71. The professional wrestler is believed to have suffered a cardiac arrest at his Florida home. It has been reported medics were called to Hulk’s home in Clearwater, Florida early on Thursday morning, it’s understood operators stated it was a “cardiac arrest”
The sad news comes just a few weeks after his wife, Sky, had to deny rumours he was in a coma. The legendary grappler was facing health issues in recent weeks after undergoing numerous surgeries. We reported earlier this week that he was “unable to speak” and was being monitored at home by medical staff after having a bad reaction to surgery.
Hulk, who was hospitalised last month, was reportedly transported from home from the hospital after suffering a reaction to cervical surgery. His ex-manager and long-time friend, Jimmy Hart, has said that the WWE Hall of Famer was unable to talk.
And now, a source close to the wrestler claimed Hulk knew he was struggling with a ‘weak heart’ in his final weeks. The Mirror reached out to the late star’s reps for comment.
He had lost a lot of weight, had shortness of breath, had tired easily, and was on oxygen, according to the source.
Hulk, who goes by the name Terry Bollea, allegedly made up with ex-friends and family members during his final weeks, with a source claiming he “didn’t want anything to go unmentioned.”
Fans were concerned when the star, who was the WWE’s biggest star in the late 1980s and early 1990s, recently appeared on television to promote his new business ventures, and people took to social media to complain that he looked “unwell.”
Hogan’s representative revealed to US media in May that he had had a “little fusion procedure” done to his neck and was recovering quickly. His most recent public appearance was a later-than-expected photo shoot with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
Former flame Bubba The Love Sponge claimed Hogan was lying to himself and that relatives had been contacted to say their final goodbyes last month. The legend wrestler’s spokesman later refuted the claims, though.
The WWE icon’s representative denied speculation that he was seriously after it was revealed that he had undergone a minor “fusion procedure” on his neck just weeks before his passing.
The YouTuber claimed that he wasn’t happy with how things were going. A representative denies any involvement in the speculation and claims that Hulk’s surgery was “successful” and that there were “no reasons to panic.”
He only needs to have a medical checkup occasionally, they continued.
