Before things started to deteriorate between Nicola and Victoria, an old video of Nicola and Victoria dancing came back as evidence of their good relationship.
A video of Nicola Peltz and Victoria Beckham dancing together has resurfaced amid the explosive family fallout. Brooklyn Beckham issued a scathing statement aimed at his parents, where he appeared to cut ties with his family.
Whilst it appears like there could be no way back for the families to reconcile, it wasn’t always like this. An old post, which has resurfaced in the wake of the scathing statement, sees Victoria pay tribute to Nicola on her birthday. Alongside a video of them partying together, Victoria wrote a heartfelt message for her daughter in law.
Nicola was even called The Spice Girl’s “dance partner.”
“Happy birthday @nicolaannepeltz … We love you so much!! Your love, kindness, talent and your ability to dance on sand in a major wedge!! The best dance partner and loving daughter in law. We love you, have an amazing day!!!!! Xxxxxx,” she wrote.
Brooklyn’s statement, which included dancing, was a significant component, and the part that has received the most media coverage online thanks to memes and coverage of his accusations that she danced “inappropriately” on him.
He continued, among other things, that “my mother had cheated on my first dance with my wife, which had been scheduled weeks in advance to a romantic love song. Marc Anthony directed me to the stage, where my wife and I were scheduled to perform our romantic dance, but instead my mother was waiting to join us.
In front of everyone, she danced very inappropriately on me. In my entire life, I have never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated. In order to preserve our wedding day, we wanted to renew our vows.
Brooklyn also alleged that Nicola’s mother had consistently disrespected him and that Nicola was “as a result of this.” No matter how hard we’ve worked together as a family, my wife has consistently been disrespected by them. My mother has repeatedly eluded my past by inviting women into our lives in ways that were obviously meant to unease us both.
Before all of this, it appeared that Nicola and Victoria shared a strong bond. In one instance, Nicola was seen stepping out wearing the same jacket as Victoria had a few years prior, indicating their relationship before things started to deteriorate.
Following the wedding and various reports, Nicola was forced to deny a feud between her and her mother-in-law after she didn’t wear a Victoria Beckham dress for the big day.
She stated, “I was going to and I really wanted to.” But she realized soon that her atelier couldn’t do it. So I had to choose a different outfit. She and I didn’t say we couldn’t wear it, and neither did she. That is where it began, and they followed suit. A feud was never discussed until now, though it did seem to get worse between the two.
It’s not a joke, I tell you! The phrase “feud, feud, feud!” is constantly used all over the internet. Maybe they ingested something, I mean? And now they’re referring to it as “a fad”? Brooklyn continued, “I’ve learned they’re always going to try to write stuff like that,” Nicola said. They will always try to deceive people. However, everyone “gets along,” which is good.
