Hong Kong begins five-day mourning period after deadly high-rise fire

At least 128 people were killed in fires at a high-rise apartment complex, prompting Hong Kong to begin a five-day mourning period on Saturday. Residents who laid flowers close to the towers observed a three-minute silence. Around 200 people are still missing, according to authorities.
