11 months after his mother and stepdad were discovered dead, Callum Kerr, the star of Hollyoaks, wed his partner Lauren Stacy in a stunning Scottish ceremony at a castle in the Highlands.
11 months after the heartbreaking tragedy in which his mother and stepdad were discovered dead in their French home, Hollyoaks star Callum Kerr and his partner Lauren Stacy have officially tied the knot.
In a stunning Scottish ceremony held at a Highlands castle, Callum and Lauren Stacy wed. While his bride donned a pencil-strapped wedding dress, Callum donned a traditional black and green kilt. On their special day, the couple were pictured surrounded by their closest and dearest, who grinned from ear to ear.
Following their wedding, the couple stood before the crowd and waved a glass in a picture of happiness. Later, as their friends hoisted them onto their shoulders to start the party, they were thrust into the air.

Callum is known for his acting role as PC George Kiss on the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks. He joined in 2020, but he left in 2021 after his character was murdered.
His person’s Hollyoaks High role was to combat drug trafficking on-campus. He met John Paul McQueen (James Sutton), and their relationship deteriorated because of George’s jealousy of James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan) and Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson), JP’s ex-partners.
Following his stint on the soap, Callum starred in the Netflix show Virgin River and also has stepped into a new career as a country rock singer.
At his wedding, Nadine Mulkerrin, who plays Cleo McQueen, Owen Warner, who plays Romeo Nightingale, Billy Price, who plays Sid Summer, Rishi Nair, who plays Sami Maalik, and Ellis Hollins, who plays Tom Cunningham, were just a few of his Hollyoaks co-stars.
After welcoming their daughter in December of the same year, Callum and Lauren made the proposal in 2024. Their engagement took place exactly 11 months after Callum’s mother and stepdad were discovered dead inside their Parisian home. On February 7 at their home in southwest France, Dawn and Andrew Searle, both 56 and 62, were discovered dead.
According to French officials, the deaths “were obviously homicides.” Because Mr. Searle was a former member of the organised crime team, investigators have speculated that the couple could have been targeted by French “gangsters.”
The couple from East Lothian, Scotland, relocated to the picturesque village of Les Pesquies, Toulouse, ten years ago, and moved to a rental property with a swimming pool and a two-bedroom apartment. The well-known couple quickly became involved in the neighborhood, hosting a yearly party for locals and taking friendly dog walks with neighbors.
The couple had previously been married before they wed in France in 2023, and the neighbors in Les Pesquies describe them as lovely, normal people. Callum Dawn’s son, Callum, gave her away on social media and wished the couple a “tremendous life together.”
Dawn’s body is said to have been discovered partially dressed outside the couple’s front door. A “significant wound on her skull” from a “blunt and sharp object” had repeatedly beaten her.
Andrew was discovered inside the house with a gag in his mouth. He reportedly had no obvious wounds to his defense.
