Holly Willoughby has received a terrible blow.

The TV presenter, who reportedly has negotiations to co-host three ITV shows, might see her bank balance rise significantly. Holly left This Morning in 2023 after 14 years to spend more time with her family. Despite this, she has continued to lead a number of network programs, including Dancing On Ice and, most recently, the newly relaunched You Bet!

You Bet! features Holly and Stephen Mulhern as co-hosts, and the season officially began with two specials. However, according to sources, Holly has been offered the entire series as a result of the series’ success. Holly might also receive a game or quiz show, primetime Saturday night programming, and other options.

However, Holly is portrayed as being compensated with on-screen jobs, but one of her jobs has suffered a blow. In 2020, the presenter, 43, launched a company with her husband, Dan Baldwin which on official documents is listed as “Television programme production activities” under the nature of the business.

Roxy Media is specialized in managing media clients because of the company’s true nature. After making the decision to leave her long-term management position at YMU, Holly is now managed by the company. His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs may attempt to close down Roxy Media due to the unpaid taxes that HMRC has recently received.

A hearing on the unwinding was scheduled for today in London, but it was postponed and is scheduled for April 16. The size of the tax remains unclear. However, recent Roxy Media accounts reveal that the business owes an incredible £329, 715 in corporation tax for the year until August 2023.

On hand and at the bank, documents obtained from Companies House on May 29, 2024 revealed that the business had £82, 279 in cash. This was down from the total of £973, 645 from August 2022. On January 8 of this year, Roxy Media Limited filed a wind up petition. &nbsp,

In order to protect taxpayers’ money, a HMRC spokesperson told the Mirror: “We take a supportive approach to dealing with customers who have tax debts and only file winding-up petitions once we’ve exhausted all other options.”

The Mirror has approached Holly’s representatives for comment.
