With a 2-1 defeat at Sporting Lisbon on Tuesday, Paris Saint-Germain’s chances of being automatically qualified for the Champions League last-16 are now more difficult.
In the second half, Luis Suarez scored twice for Sporting, sealing the victory with a header in the 90th minute after PSG’s Khvicha Kvaratskhelia equalized after 79 minutes.
With 13 points, the French side is fifth. In their final group stage encounter, they will face Newcastle on Wednesday.
